I bought this at my favorite liquor store. The lady at the liquor store said it tasted like eating a persimmon. When I tasted it, the mild fruitiness, low acidity, soft sweetness, and rustic flavor were definitely persimmon-like. There is also a slight yogurt-like fermentation and a sweet fruity aroma like red meat melon that is mildly fragrant. The flavor of the rice is also strong, rich and powerful. This is my very favorite sake...I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the treat 😁.
