I drank this drink at a place that looked like a standing bar.
It was heavy and a little difficult to drink.
I was listening to the young waitress talk.

I drank this in August! How much I didn't write down!
Sake party at my friend's house.
They served me Ten Frog.
I spilled it as I expected.
It might not be enough if you drink it as a food sake.

I've been so busy with work lately that I haven't had the energy to keep track of things, so I'll be posting without comments.
I may post my thoughts on the ones I enjoyed.
Tatomo's hiyaoroshi was delicious!

This may be the first time I've been able to buy Niimasa's Ten Frog.
Low alcohol sparkling sake.
Super hard to open.
The taste is like Calpis soda.
It's low alcohol, so that's what it is.

This is the flagship sake of Yamabusyu.
It is made with 38% Yamada-Nishiki polished rice.
The aroma is amazing, as one would expect. The elegant aroma is gorgeous and sweet, like muscat, and is immediately noticeable when poured into a sake cup.
The taste is also full, and this is a great sake.

Seven laughs of nyanya laughter.
It is a gift.
In case you are wondering, my cat is also in the background.
It's a delicious sake with a proper ginjo aroma.
It is said to be a collaboration with cat photographer Masayuki Oki, and part of the proceeds will be used for animal welfare activities.

Since home drinking has been accumulating, I will start writing about home drinking from here on.
Let's start with Tateyama. I always drink Tateyama.
I like it after all.
The pickled firefly squid in the photo is a nice one, and it makes me want to drink a dry sake from Toyama. That would be Tateyama Honjozo.
Or even a ginjo.
So, Tateyama is great.

Ryoga's summer sake was a dry sake made from Gohyakumangoku.
The acidity was strikingly noticeable before the dryness.
This was the last sake for the sake party.
It was great to have a bowl of hamo and matsutake mushrooms, which is only available this time of year. ☺️
