Sexy Yamamoto yeast, sake strength 15
Dry. Delicious with a smooth finish 😋.
I drank it with a janky octopus 🐙 wiener and ham cutlet, but I think it would go better with sashimi or seafood.
Another instrument Masamune Aizan.
It was probably a little while after the bottle was opened. The good aroma is gone, but the umami is more pronounced. But I like it freshly opened because I like it gorgeous.
Beautiful acidity, a bit gaseous, roasted grain-like aroma, and twisted umami. It has a strong umami. There is sweetness, but it does not linger. Twisted aftertaste? Cacao mass
It was served at room temperature.
Full, twisted flavor. Sense of maturity.
The alcohol is quickly released, and then it gradually fades away.
Lingering full-bodied savory flavor.
Delicious!
14% alcohol by volume
Sour, mellow, and then savory.
Lactic acidity, sweet and tasty. It has a pleasant astringent taste like cider. The umami also has something unique to Senkou.
Sweet and sour green apple jam cemedine. Alcoholic.
Sweet-savory but with a characteristic acidity that is also refreshing. Feels sweet at first, but the acidity makes it go away.
14% alcohol by volume.
Kijoshu, super-ancient method, brewer's yeast, wooden vat brewing, sake yeast, raw sake yeast, unfiltered sake
Sweet and savory. Green apple, the sweetness leaves once but mysteriously reappears in the aftertaste. Cacao syrup. The aroma is so strong that it leaves the palate.
It doesn't feel sweet in the mouth, but the lips feel sticky.
Low alcohol content 13%.
Lightly sweet alcohol, light and easy to drink with little flavor. Mineral taste. Lightly astringent and bitter, with a full-bodied aroma with a hint of cocoa.
Shinsei Ameeru Frog is more noble as a shuwa shuwa type, but Sanchi has a more complex flavor. What is it? What is it? I was wondering why I was drinking it.
Low al 8%.
A clear, sweet and sour, lightly carbonated, slightly sugared cider.
Pleasant minerality, white flowers, green apple, lychee, sour apple juice and fruit-like acidity.
Aromas of green apple, watermelon, pear, muscat, strawberry, and flowers.
The sweetness is quickly released, and the wine ends with a lingering fruity aroma, a sense of alcohol, umami, and a slight roasted bitterness.
An enchanting sake. Very good 😋.
Jay & Nobby.
Thank you so much for your comment 😊
It's a very gorgeous sake with a great aroma 😍.
It's supposed to be very sweet with a negative sake content, but it's so refreshing that it doesn't feel sweet at all.

We had it hot.
Sweet mirin.
It feels sweet but doesn't linger that long in the aftertaste.
Lingering umami, sweet aroma like carmela, and savory flavor.
Hello, Matsuchiyosan.
The label was a little harsh 😊.
I think it's a sake that goes well with oden and other simmered dishes 🍶Achichi is better than lukewarm.
