Technical guidance: Tokyo University of Agriculture🤔 Thick. Sake lees + hinezuke + Nara pickles + maple syrup. Sweet at first aroma! I thought it would be very low in sake! But it's not as sweet as you think, and it doesn't linger. The aftertaste is a bit like after licking a nectar candy.

Cute labels for cats The endorsement is also cute😍. "Everyone who loves cats and sake is a good person. Chill it well and enjoy it like the cat on the label." I was allowed to drink it for 580 yen, just as it says in magic. Fruity, juicy muscat flavor. The sweetness is refreshing. Gassy, fruit-like acidity. Delicious 😋.
