A fresh, crisp, freshly squeezed Junmai sake.
It is made by the Kimura Sake Brewery in Akita, and since this restaurant also carries "Fukukomachi," I thought it would be convenient to check in on the "Fukukomachi" and add it to the list. For the sake of convenience, I will use "Fukko-Komachi" as the check-in.
It is a good sake with a clean flavor, freshness, and a nice speedy feel.
The quality of the bonito salt tataki and fried horse mackerel is also good.
It is a good restaurant, although you need to consider it as a different concept from the old restaurant, which was the ultimate of a popular bar and had many very experienced drinkers as regulars (even the famous actor Shuji Otaki was a regular customer).
