Yesterday was busy😅. Watched 7 hours and 18 ⚾️ innings during the day📺. Otani was in full rotation❗️ Freddie's one shot at the end ‼️ Rushing to Shibuya, I met Rui-san. Had a quick drink at Fujiya Honten Kaze no Mori🌳 was more sour than expected! Beef stew with ham and casserole was nice 👍! And then, we went to a nearby hall and had a Rokkaku band drive. Although it would have been nice to finish quickly, we added more drinks and wanted to check the quality of the sashimi and fried dishes. Fujiya Honten" label sake. A fresh, crisp, freshly squeezed Junmai sake. It is made by the Kimura Sake Brewery in Akita, and since this restaurant also carries "Fukukomachi," I thought it would be convenient to check in on the "Fukukomachi" and add it to the list. For the sake of convenience, I will use "Fukko-Komachi" as the check-in. It is a good sake with a clean flavor, freshness, and a nice speedy feel. The quality of the bonito salt tataki and fried horse mackerel is also good. It is a good restaurant, although you need to consider it as a different concept from the old restaurant, which was the ultimate of a popular bar and had many very experienced drinkers as regulars (even the famous actor Shuji Otaki was a regular customer).

I finished work in Shibuya and went straight home, A chance to visit the Tachinomiya Fujiya main restaurant, which I had been curious about, and check in. The restaurant, which used to be a well-known popular bar in Shibuya and regrettably closed in 2018, has been renovated. Nikko, a Houou Mita from Sapporo Akaboshi. Refreshing nama-shoto acidity. Recently, Tochigi sake is my boom, perhaps because I have awakened my love for Tochigi. I have been to the previous Fujiya main store, but the new store? The new shop has changed to a modern and casual atmosphere, but the sake and snacks are of high quality. Ham and casserole, which was the specialty of the old restaurant. Stewed beef tendon. Delicious. Then, Yaki-sai and Sansho sour.
