Sake is declared to be in bloom in Kaikka, but it's still cold and the cherry blossoms in Tokyo are not in bloom. But the cold weather continues and the cherry blossoms in Tokyo are not in bloom. ❗️ While having the famous motsu-ni with sake, we talked about the old days. We talked about the old days.

Another visit to the long-established Akatsuka Farewell party for a senior employee who is retiring and going back to Sapporo. I have been coming to this restaurant since I was young, so I have many fond memories of it. What to drink with the standard stewed chicken motsu? It's easy to drink and has a nice sharpness. Hiraccio, that's right. It has been in business for 70 years, and it is a legendary restaurant where my seniors used to drink and play mahjong on the second floor, change clothes, and then go out to Ginza. Of course, you can't play mahjong or change clothes now 😅.

I finished my work in Akihabara, Well, intentionally, I went straight to Akatsuka, where the curtain had not yet opened, with my friends, We went to Akatsuka when it opened. ‼️ But about 10 people came in before I knew it😅. We started with beer 🍺, stir-fried oysters and ginkgo nuts. and ginkgo nuts, while eating egg omelet and the standard motsu-nikomi. We had a glass of Ichinozakura dry sake 🍶. Sake is delicious and calming. After that, we had a glass of hot Kiku-Masamune from the house. For some reason, there were two sets of foreigners at the U-shaped counter, Probably because some traveler posted a picture of them on the Internet. I guess they saw it on the internet and came to the restaurant!

Harry's long-time patron, recommended and long-sought-after Akatsuka, a long-established izakaya in Akihabara. Today was a good opportunity for me to go home directly from my visit in Kanda at 5:00 p.m. The time had come. Until we turned the corner, there was an Akihabara atmosphere with a line of maids calling out to us, but inside the restaurant was a genuine Showa-era izakaya. The counter is a right-angled U-shape. Draft beer, tuna, chicken stew, and heated Kiku-Masamune. A one-gou bottle, the corners of which have been worn down and smoothed out, is passed through a sake jug and into a tokkuri (rice wine cup). The sake is heated in a hot water bath. Just looking at this scene is enough to fill one's heart. I had another glass of delicious heated sake. An orthodox izakaya with an authentic atmosphere, wonderful. Thank you for the food.

There were two sets of foreigners at the counter of Akatsuka, I hear they've made an English menu! Mr. Ota also praises Akatsuka to these gaijin! I explained to the gaijin that Akatsuka is one of the izakaya heritage restaurants in Japan, which Mr. Ota also highly recommends, But they didn't get it 😅. A Japanese couple who came later drank 2 bottles of Yongou They left after drinking two bottles of Yongjubin quickly😅. Hmmm... Ane-san? No, it wasn't 😅 Sake was Kiku-Masamune, heated and unpasteurized. We had wakasagi tempura, fried bamboo shoots and spring vegetables, firefly squid and sea bream salad, and the standard mozuku mozuku. firefly squid and sea bream salad, and the standard motsu (pork cutlet) stew. It's nice to drink outside once in a while 😊. Cherry blossoms are over and dogwoods are in bloom outside.

From the time I joined the company. The Izakaya Ginza I've been coming here for a few decades now. I've been coming here for decades. Kazuhiko Ohta, Rui, and Konoji have all visited here. Now, it is a long-established store that lives on in a city of maid cafes and electronics stores. in a town of maid cafes and electronics shops. They've always been all about Kikumasamune sake. The sake warmer in the middle of the U-shape is retro! We recommend the white miso motsuni, one of the top three motsuni in Tokyo. Today, I'm having fried anglerfish and dried blowfish. The year before last, the proprietress passed away in her late 90s. The owner passed away in her late 90's the year before last, but she was always on the floor looking out for her customers. Her grandson, who succeeded her, is now the general manager and chef. The number of banquets is decreasing, but the number of drinkers is not decreasing. I'll be supporting you 📣📣❣️.
