Sake made by a fire-quenching method that does not destroy the taste and aroma of sake.
It has the umami and richness of rice. The edgy acidity tightens the taste of the sake. 😊.
We enjoyed it as a food sake.
The last photo is of our lilies. Some of the lilies are about the size of my face 😆 The petals are blooming beautifully this year without any sunburn.

Hi Mayuko!
I'm not familiar with bottle heating, so I looked it up and it seems that it takes more work than usual to heat the sake, but it retains the flavor of the raw sake 😁.
I love the variety of lilies, they are all beautiful ⚜.

Hi Pon, 😊 Lilies are very easy to grow because they don't take up much space and don't require much work 😆 I currently have 9 lilies, but some are gone so I will plant more this year 😁Thank you for all your nice comments: ❣️
