Yamadanishiki produced in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture.
I prefer "Hitogokochi" from Nagano Prefecture, as it leaves a little sweetness in my mouth. I like it better than "Hitogochiki" from Nagano Prefecture 😄.
Recently, I have been into fermented foods, and salted yogurt is especially delicious. It's great on tomatoes🍅, cheese🧀, or as a snack with alcohol. I love it 🥰.
