Shinshu Kirei純米吟醸 ひとごこち(火入れ)
Mayuko
This is a fire-brewed version of my favorite "Hitogokochi" from Nagano Prefecture🥰. It has an exquisite and pleasant fruity aroma that is not too floral. It has a nice crisp aftertaste with a hint of gas, and is fresh and fresh like a new sake, so it is delicious. ❣️
My son came home and said, "Mom, I found some Kamerei and bought it. He said, "Mom, I found some Kamerei. What?
Maybe it is not Shinshu Kamerei....
There are only a few stores that carry it....
After all, it was Kamerei from Hiroshima Prefecture.
When my son comes home, I let him take home several bottles of Shinshu Kamerei and other sake, so he likes Shinshu Kamerei, too.
Since we went to the trouble, we compared Kamerei sake. My son said, "It tastes totally different. 😆 .
I made him take home a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei this time, too. I hope you like it too 😄.

Good evening, Pon-chan😊. My son brought us pig's feet, pork stew, horse sashimi, and various snacks from his hometown tax return. Craft beer 🍺 too. It's going to be hot, so beer first 😆I'm always happy to hear your compliments on my flowers.
