My first "Ishizuchi" from Ehime 😊.
I told the shopkeeper that I like mild, slightly aromatic, slightly sweet and sharp, and he recommended this one.
It is a very easy to drink sake. It was described as having an apple-like ginjo aroma.
But something is missing.... I wonder what it is 🤣. I can't describe it well.
The umami depth.... I am trying various things. 😊
