Yesterday's sake was "Kankoubai".
The season of red plum blossoms is coming to an end, and white plum blossoms are becoming more common.
It has a subtle aroma and a gentle sweetness. It was mild and my favorite flavor.
My medicine is sake, and I am very lucky that I am over 60 years old and do not have to take any medicine at all. ☺️
