You can find this wherever you go in supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores. Probably the most sold out-of-prefecture sake outside of the major Fushimi-nada companies. Great sales power. It is recommended to be heated. It's better to heat it up. I was drinking it hot in the microwave. It definitely tastes better when it's heated. Well, half of it was for cooking. The 2L pack is 15 degrees Celsius and the small pack is 14 degrees Celsius. 921 including tax (2L)

The product name is a sake from the Watanabe Sake Brewery, which often produces a rather odd sake. Well, I guess they are trying to make it so. It is a first take because it is a no-pressure, single-shot pressing. It was unclear from the brewery's website what exactly the "no-pressure, single-shot pressing" was. However, the taste is trustworthy, and there are no disappointments in Hourai and W. This one has a good aroma and sweetness. It also has a good aroma, sweetness, and flavor. 17%, so be careful not to drink too much. It is a good sake. Tax included 2035

I bought it at the end of February, but the occasion was not right, so I finally opened the bottle. It was completely separated from the lees and sake and was in the state of sake, but after shaking it open a couple of times, it blew. It has the sweetness and acidity of nigori-shu, but the bitterness also comes to the fore. I honestly felt that it tasted a bit bland compared to Kubota's nigori. It is just my personal impression and it varies from person to person.  But I finished it in no time at all. I drank it cold, mixed it with tomato juice or grape juice (nigori sake goes well even when mixed), etc., and finished it quickly. I guess it was a good sake because I have a constitution that gets drunk easily when I drink sake that does not suit me. 1540 including tax

It was in the half price wagon at the drugstore. What a waste. I think it is well made with its light 6 degrees, carbonation, and sweet and sour taste. I think Cessation and Hakutsuru Blanc are very well made and reasonably priced, so I think they should be paid a little more attention. 195 including tax (250ml)

I won the campaign. Thank you very much. I only knew the name of the brewery, so this is the first time I can drink it. Even the box is stylish. The pamphlet and the website clearly show the concept of the brewery, and I wondered how some sake breweries develop their business like this. Each hour has a different concept.  The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, so I opened the bottle. The aroma is fresh, and the sweetness and acidity are good. The pinkish color seems to be the pigment of black rice. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, and I would recommend it to anyone who can handle alcohol. I would like to try other kinds of sake as well. I wish it were easier to obtain this kind of sake.

I bought this one too to compare the drinks. It's cheap. Better than Kikumasapin and lower than Superlative. Proportional to the price. The Kokujo can be heated, but this one was not suitable for heating. It is a little hard to consume this type of sake if it is not suitable for heating up. To be frank, I would recommend Sesession, Ginpak, and Tarushu to anyone who wants to try sake. 1210 including tax

For those of you who still lament that there are too many sweet sake... It has a mellow mouthfeel and ends with a clean, light bitterness. So this is dry. Compared to Kikumasapin, it is so well made that the sakeiness of Kikumasapin, which I thought was a beautiful sake, is not so noticeable. It can be heated up. A true classic. 1774 including tax.

They recommend drinking it within a month. Reservations are required, but you can usually buy it for free. I have never made a reservation for sake.  When I drank it, I found it to be a very good sake. I honestly can't come up with the vocabulary to comment on many of the junmai class of local sake, but a proper sake from a proper brewery is good.  However, I prefer it at room temperature or lower rather than warmed up. I felt the balance was off if it was warmed up. If you have a bottle of sake that is about a 4-gou bottle, you can try various things with it. 1683 including tax

I bought it again this year. It's been about 3 weeks since I bought it. It is very easy to drink. I thought it was a little less sweet than last year, but I think that's just my imagination.  I keep buying it because it is tasty and inexpensive. I think the price of this sake has gone up a bit, but I recommend it because it is easy to store and there is nothing wrong with it. The liquor store told me that Kubota is also moving heavier in their standard lineup and they are increasing their orders of seasonal products. I certainly won't buy the standard. 1430 including tax

It is said to be a commemorative sake for the 50th anniversary of Funaguchi. The impression is that it is soft to the taste. Sweet aroma. I would like to say how it differs from regular Funaguchi, but I don't know because I drank it a long time ago. I finished it in no time, but be careful, it is 19 degrees. You will get drunk later. When I travel, I always end up buying sake that I had never seen before. This one was apparently a brand from Akita Prefecture. It was a sake that was easy to drink without any peculiarities, or at worst, it was a sake that was hard to distinguish its characteristics. While drinking it, I looked up the name of the brewery and found that it was from the Isshaku Suisei brewery. Tax included 555 (300ml)

First time I drank it in several years. Aroma, light acidity sweetness. I have the impression that it is a refreshing sake, as more and more sake with a distinct flavor are being produced and we tend to drink nigori-style sake with a peculiar taste at this time of the year. It is very easy to drink.  I had the same impression when I wrote a post a few years ago. This sake has been ranked high in saketime's ranking for a long time, and although it is not bad at all, I remember wondering why it was ranked so high even though it is a kind of seasonal brand. 1980 including tax

This is a brand limited to sake stores at Suruga Sake Brewery in Shizuoka City. I guess this sake is mainly wholesaled to izakaya (Japanese style pubs). There is a sake brewery in Shizuoka City called Haginishiki, and Haginishiki is located next to Haginishiki, but Haginishiki is not related to Haginishiki. Haginishiki sake.  This Nishiki brewery's sake was easy to drink as an in-between-dinner drink, with a slight bitterness without being too sweet when drunk warm. Tax included 1892 (1800ml)

Mitsutake Shuzo's sake is more commonly seen in Invitation to the Demon World and Fist of the North Star shochu. They also make sake. The aroma is of aged sake, but easy to drink. It tastes like caramel, like Shaoxing sake. The bottle and the label are interesting because they look like whiskey.  The label says "non-blended," but I think it is blended because it contains distilled spirits mixed with brewing alcohol. I have no regrets in my life. I am already drunk. 1628 including tax

It has a nice aroma, just the right amount of sweetness, and is a clear, clean sake. However, there are a lot of different kinds of this kind of sake. They have all risen to a higher level, and as a result, no matter which one you drink, it's still good. It is often said that the story is important, but it's not about taste anymore. It's good and I recommend it, but once is enough. New brands of locally brewed sake are being introduced all the time, and there is no such thing as a "miss" anymore. My family bought it because it had a half price sticker on it. I wonder if this store puts it on products that have been manufactured for a year. The half price sticker at drugstores is not based on the regular price, but on the suggested retail price, which is a trap. Well, it is still cheap. It is mild on the palate, but has a slightly bitter taste at room temperature, but it is good when heated. I think packaged sake is best when heated. I said that, but I ended up drinking it at room temperature. 405 including tax (900ml)

The previous Shiraginkai was unexpectedly non-foaming, but this one was properly slightly effervescent. There is no disappointment in Kangiku. It is delicious with sweetness and sharpness. Kangiku is tasty and relatively easy to obtain. Shinshu Kamerei is hard to find, and Kouei Kiku is too far away from the store for me to have the guts to go there, so Kangiku is great. Sake made with red yeast, which is sometimes seen these days. It is a fire-aged sake with a degree of 14 degrees Celsius. It has a sweet and sour taste and is easy to drink. Slightly fizzy, maybe. 1595 including tax.

Purchased at a local supermarket. Fukumitsuya's website has Kagatobi, but not Kagamato. I found it on the website of Mitsubishi Foods. I found it on the website of Mitsubishi Foods, but the distribution was different.  It is easy to drink cold without bitterness, but even easier to drink when heated. It is a junmai sake and at around 1,000 yen, it is a reasonable food sake. 1091 including tax (1800ml)

Delicious. The aroma is good, and there is a slight bitterness, but nothing unpleasant at all.  I was surprised to see that the price of a four-pack of sake has gone up by about two cans of beer, even in this day and age, when the appeal of W was that it was affordable and tasty.  The quality of sake is getting better and better, so much so that I can say that any sake sold at a local sake shop tastes good. In other words, you can't go wrong with any of them, and it's getting to the point where it doesn't matter which one you choose. In order to choose again, you need something extra, and W, which has lost its price advantage, is no longer a reason for me to choose it in the future. 2066 including tax
