When I came to the sake shop, I thought about buying at least one more bottle. Among the sake in the 1,000-yen range that were now in the minority on the shelves, I hesitated, thinking that Kido or Toyoka's new sake would be absolutely delicious, but this was the one. The reason was that I had never bought this brand before. I thought it would be okay because it was made by an instrumental brewery, but it is still great. Junmai with this aroma and taste. Highly recommended. 1720 including tax

It was cold, so the sake was heated. Choshi sake in a pot on the stove. I thought it might be too hot, but it was perfectly fine. Cold sake has a strong sake-like taste, but heated sake has a lessened taste. It has a hint of sweetness, and you can drink it while it's hot. I wonder what dry taste means. 875 including tax (2L)

No strong gas or anything like that at all. I took it out of the fridge, opened the bottle normally, and there are no bubbles. Huh? Smooth, light and easy to drink. It's like Kubota nigori with some bitterness. Yes, it is similar to Kubota's nigori. Kangiku is a good brewer because it is easy to find and there are many stores that carry it for a local sake. One cup of Ozeki nigori sake. It is sweet and smooth, but there is a bit of sake bitterness at the end so it doesn't end up too sweet. The alcohol content is 11-12. It is good if you are more than a little bit of a sake drinker. It's not an entry-level drink for those who don't like sake at all. I finally found it. There are surprisingly few places that sell this kind of major sake, and you can gradually come to expect that this is probably the place to go if you want to get into the market. However, I would like to see a wider selection. 273 including tax (180ml)

Long time no see, a local sake shop in Shimizu. I thought it was gone, but it was normal, huh? Is that how it is? I thought it would be more fruity and sweet. Rather ordinary. I saw a lot of tweets about sake, like melon, fruity, sweet, etc., so I guess I expected too much. This brand is a place that releases seasonal sake in a flurry, so it's easy for them to stand out in the sake Twitter community, and their comments are all side-splitting and safe. Junmai Daiginjo for under 2,000 yen including tax is good. I drank some sake last night that was left in my glass for a whole day and didn't finish it, and it was delicious. I had thought that this kind of unpasteurized sake would deteriorate quickly and become tasteless. Maybe it is ready to drink when it is left at room temperature with the bottle open. My impression after drinking it was that I expected it to be on the level of "Furen no Freiren (Funeral)" in this season's anime, but it was just the apothecary's soliloquy. It tastes good, but it is to be expected. 1799 including tax

This, for all intents and purposes, is targeted at the generation of old people who saw the commercials. I bought it, but I'm an old man. The manufacturer recommends heating it to lukewarm. The ginjo aroma is better at room temperature. It tastes a bit like a thicker junmai ginjo from a big manufacturer. I remember the old commercials were a bit more revealing. 295 including tax (180ml)

Sake purchased at Aeon, cheaper than Aeon's PB regular sake. The fact that it is not junmai sake means that it is either made with out-of-equal rice or with less than 15% rice malt, or it is made in a different way. The seller, Suminoi Sake Brewery, used to be a big brewery in Niigata, but went bankrupt and is no longer brewing sake. This sake was planned by a Tokyo-based sake OEM company and produced by Kitanoseki Brewery. I don't understand it very well. At room temperature, it tasted a bit bland, and I thought it was just a pricey sake, so I used it for cooking, but when I heated it up, it became characterless (not that it wasn't delicious) and I was able to finish it in a leisurely drink. I think that the basic principle of sake is to heat it up. It is also fun to buy cheap packaged sake to drink as a cooking sake. 756 including tax (2L)

This was a winner of the IWC award campaign for the installation. Gimpak is a good sake that is easy to drink, with no unpleasant taste, and has a low-polished, regular sake smell without the so-called "cheap sake" smell. I served it with Iburi Gakko tartar sauce I bought at Cardi's. It is also good. It is also good. Gimpak is available at supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores. I think they are placed there because they sell well. I am glad to see more and more mass merchandisers offering affordable, easy-to-drink sake.

I got it in the spring and it has been in the fridge for a long time. The aroma is light. It tastes like water. It has no peculiarities and is a sake to drink slowly with snacks. I had just found a pack of cheap rice-only sake (not junmai sake) and compared them, but this one had a much more beautiful taste. What bothered me a little was that even though it was made in March, fire-brewed, and stored in the refrigerator for a long time, the aroma was a little off, but only a little. If the sake had originally had that kind of aroma, I apologize for being rude, but sometimes I notice a change in the flavor of locally brewed sake, even if it has been fire-aged. There are convenient words like "maturing," but I am a little concerned about it.

While traveling from Tottori to Kyotango, I saw a sign for a brewery and stopped by. Hakurei Shuzo. When I tasted the sake, I found that this one had a better aroma than the Junmai Ginjo, so I decided to go for this one. However, I heard that they also make a variety of sweets, and I think they were more enthusiastic about marketing their products. I drank it cold and hot. It was easy to drink without any peculiarities. The aroma is better cold, but warming it up makes it even easier to drink. Tax included 649 (300ml)

I found this warehouse by chance in Kurayoshi Shirakabe Dozo group, which appeared on google map during a trip to San-in area. I had never heard of this brewery. It is a junmai ginjo, a local sake with a ginjo aroma but a mild taste that is easy to drink. The "General" is said to refer to General Heihachiro Togo. The name was changed in 1907 when Emperor Taisho (Crown Prince at the time) and General Togo made their first visit to the San-in region. The visit of the first imperial family and heroes of the Russo-Japanese War must have had a considerable impact on the San'in region, as it led to the opening of an electric telephone and railroad line, an infrastructure development (had it not been opened before?). It is the same in all places in all ages that infrastructure is established at the time of a major event. Tax included 650 (300ml)

The alcohol was placed in a room with no air conditioning this summer. It was mainly for cooking, but it's almost at the end of its life. It is a strong sake with no change at all. The aroma is what one would call sake, but the sweetness and acidity are well rounded. The 14% Kura-no-Suke from the same brewery is strangely sweet, but the 17% Kura-no-Suke has a better balance because it is more expensive. The price difference between the two is quite clear. This one is 943 (2L) including tax and Kuranosuke is 657 including tax. It is 1.4 times more expensive than the other two. It has no strange peculiarities or bitterness, and I think it is well made among packaged sake.

Purchased at a supermarket during a trip. Symbol Rudolph. It was a time when public gambling was the stronghold of old men. Horse racing succeeded in changing its image early on, and the old men rate (killing rate) was higher in the order of horse racing boat racing bicycle racing. How about now? I am glad I only had 300ml. Good sake. 712 including tax (300ml)

Hakutsuru Blanc Flavors of both wine and sake. Hakutsuru has a strong acidity and sweetness, but has a strong sake flavor. At 8% alcohol, it is easy to drink. Finished in 2 days, the 8% sweet and sour taste makes it great on its own or with cheese or other snacks. Like Kiku-Masamune's Sesession, the weak point of the major companies is that they are sold through mass merchandisers, so there is no one to directly convey the goodness of their products to the customers. Maybe they should make it in cans and change the sales floor. If I were to buy a wine of about the same price, I would buy this one, for sure. Junmai sake with 78% rice polishing ratio. I saw a half-price sticker on it at the supermarket where I was traveling, so I bought it immediately. Tax included 704

I guess sake is not dead in Shimane Prefecture. When I went to the supermarket, I was surprised to see both local and major sake on the shelves. I had intended not to buy sake this time, but I bought some. At the inn, I immediately drank a bottle of fresh Izumo Fuji and disposed of the bottle before I could record it in a photograph. The ginjo aroma was not strong, but it tasted like a ginjo sake and was very easy to drink. 540 including tax (300ml)

I wanted to try a whole bottle of Katsuma, so I bought a bottle. When I looked at the price tag, I saw that the price was 4,500 without tax. The otter next to it was 3300. I thought for a moment, "Why don't I just buy an otter? I thought for a moment, "Why not just use Otters? Finally, I opened the bottle. It was very easy to drink without discomfort, but was it that different from Junmai or Kachikomato? Anyway, it was the wrong time of year. Sake does not go well with the high temperature and humidity of summer in Japan. It is not easy to reach for sake, and sake with more than 10 degrees of alcohol is not something to be gulped down. The balance of flavors is so delicate that adding water to it destroys it, and Kachikoma, in particular, is not the flashy, modern style of sake, so I prefer to drink it as it is. I think it is a good sake that is easy to drink. However, I wonder if I would dare to choose an expensive junmai ginjo. 4950 including tax (1.8L)

Lately, I have been hearing a lot about sake with low milled rice, and wondering why it is not cheaper, I found this at a liquor store near where I was traveling. It is 90% Koshihikari. This junmai is a bit cheaper than other junmai daiginjos. The smooth mouthfeel is impressive. The aroma and taste are like Kangiku. Delicious. Kangiku never fails to deliver. Slightly effervescent. I don't buy sake in summer, but my curiosity got the better of me. However, I think the thick and thick taste is not suitable for summer. 1815 including tax

This is perfect for this season. Pour it into a glass with ice and drink. This kind of drink is good in summer. I think lemon cold sake has become a popular drink since it has become difficult to obtain sudachi (citrus fruit). I hope there will be more of this kind of sake, not just half-baked summer sake. I think the sake industry is out of touch if they think that a business practice of saying, "It's a summer sake, so drink it while it lasts," is acceptable in this day and age. 214 including tax (180ml) I just realized something. Lemon is in hiragana. I registered it by mistake.

It is a special junmai, but its aroma is impressive. Although it is labeled as a dry sake, I could definitely taste the sweetness and umami, and then the bitterness to finish. This is a very well made sake. It's not a junmai sake for the local market, but a sake for a wider target market. When heated, the sweetness comes forward a little and the bitterness mellows out nicely. This sake has a different expression at any temperature, but I think it is a good sake for everyone. I went to buy some shochu for the summer and bought it because it was cheaper, but it was a hit. 1485 including tax.
