It is said that this sake can be served at any temperature, so I served it cold or warmed up. The bitterness that was noticeable in the cold sake is now nice. It is also good at room temperature. It is a good sake in general.
I thought it was a good sake, but after a day off from drinking, I drank some Ona that I had stored in the fridge cold and found it to be bitter and tasteless.
I wondered what was the cause of this phenomenon that sometimes occurs with local sake, which is so bitter. I don't remember ever feeling this with major brands.
