tomy
Originally, this sake was made from local rice, Takatenjin Koshihikari, for sake stores in Kaiun's home district of Ogasawara. Since the number of sake stores in this area has been drastically reduced, the sake is now being sold in Hamamatsu and other areas. It is an orthodox sake, but it is easy to drink. I had been drinking a lot of distilled spirits with soda recently, so I got drunk at once. Sake is hard to drink in summer. The last time I drank it, I added ice and tonic water or soda water.
