For the record.
The owner likes to lay down his sake quite a bit and has a lot of different kinds. He also likes aged sake, and he's aging some more.
This one was brewed in 2021, came out in the fall of 2022, and opened in July 2023.

Junmai Ginjo with nothing written on it.
Is it a standard one? It's usually delicious. Lychee? Aroma
Taste is a little sweet. Not a bad aftertaste.
This is good!

14.5° original sake "super dry".
I haven't had many low-alcohol dry sake, but this one is delicious.
It doesn't have a long aftertaste, and it's a little different from the sake usually labeled "super-harsh. It is delicious!
Garakudai dry? I thought so, but this is exactly the kind of dryness that is typical of that brand!

A little long finish for a Junmai Daiginjo from Niigata, Gohyakumangoku?
I rather like it? It is a little spicy, well-balanced, and quite a nice sake.

Drank at Denen (not Denen!).
It's still shaky. It was quite bitter and not good as is, but it went well with the meat miso cucumber I had with it!
11/20
Maniac label and more docile than it looks.
I don't want to wear it either, but it's kind of simple? But it has a long aftertaste, and I like it comparatively, so maybe it scores higher?
