Drank at Denen (not Denen!). It's still shaky. It was quite bitter and not good as is, but it went well with the meat miso cucumber I had with it! 11/20

Maniac label and more docile than it looks. I don't want to wear it either, but it's kind of simple? But it has a long aftertaste, and I like it comparatively, so maybe it scores higher? 14/20

Pre-dawn Kinmonishiki Junmai Daiginjo. Gorgeous apple aroma🍎. Citrusy taste 🍊 Bitter aftertaste😣. I rather like the taste, but not the aftertaste. But overall it's a good drink. I just wish it had a better aftertaste. 13/20

Everyone loves Katsuma. It's delicious. It's balanced, classic, safe, but not boring? Well, I like it. I heard they don't have much out of Toyama, but this place has it in the usual places! 14/20

We drank at Akachochi. It was a raw sake. I personally prefer the nama-zake, but this one has a freshness to it that has changed. It is a little different from the standard Yamadanishiki that comes out in Hyogo. Maybe it's the Kanazawa yeast? At any rate, it is a good sake. 13/20

We drank at Akachochin. Finally, Masumi appeared in the neighborhood! Junmai Ginjo, low al Delicious! Easy to drink but has a decent flavor. The aroma is low, but it goes all the way. More of a personal, unobtrusive, drink-as-you-go sake than a food sake, but I'd like to have it again! 14/20

This year's summer pure rice: ☀️ Not bad, but would I recommend it? If you ask me, I don't know lol. It was pretty average. But it was refreshing and I didn't dislike it, so I might order it again? That's pretty important. Might be good. 13/20

Go to Noto and drink Noto sake. So I had my favorite Ikezuki! It was fresh and delicious! It warmed up gradually, but that was good too! It was a straight forward sake! 13/20
