Very citrusy!
A little carbonation, but also other acidity!
Grapefruit.
It says "marriage" on the label...I see. I guess it's like turning up the acidity and making it a food wine.
Not bad!

It's totally different from Dewa Tsanzan. The difference in yeast is huge.
It's a little bitter, but maybe that's because it's been so long.
I like Gohyakumangoku, but I prefer Hayashi.
