For the record
One heat?
Delicious.
Very citrusy!
A little carbonation, but also other acidity!
Grapefruit.
It says "marriage" on the label...I see. I guess it's like turning up the acidity and making it a food wine.
Not bad!
A truly refreshing dry taste
Spring only
It is quite acidic and seems to have aged a bit.
Dry
Matured Orikara Nama Sake
It was interesting but not easy to drink lol
It was sweet but not carbonated!
For the record
Even though it has a presence on the palate, it quickly disappears.
The acidity is shallow but remains. Licorice, chili pepper
Bitterness and acidity stand up a bit. Sweet? Taste of orange
It's sweet and sour.
A little carbonation too. Light.
A little juicy, a little fruity, not much aftertaste. A little sweet? There's acidity comparatively, but no raw carbonation. Getting a little funky?
But it's light and not bad.
It's spicy but also has a rather long finish. Not too deep, with a rather green aroma of No. 9. A little bitterness in the aftertaste.
14.5° original sake "super dry".
I haven't had many low-alcohol dry sake, but this one is delicious.
It doesn't have a long aftertaste, and it's a little different from the sake usually labeled "super-harsh. It is delicious!
Garakudai dry? I thought so, but this is exactly the kind of dryness that is typical of that brand!
A little long finish for a Junmai Daiginjo from Niigata, Gohyakumangoku?
I rather like it? It is a little spicy, well-balanced, and quite a nice sake.
What's normal lol
Dry? I don't know.
Summer Nama Sake
I don't know much about the concept of "summer fresh sake", but it was pretty fresh. Normal?
Very fruity and rather sweet? It is quite tasty with a little bitterness.
13/20
