A little juicy, a little fruity, not much aftertaste. A little sweet? There's acidity comparatively, but no raw carbonation. Getting a little funky?

This is delicious 🤤.
It's the most affordable sake I've had since going Junmai-shu-only with a base of North Sea.
But it's usually delicious, cosy, and I'm totally fine with paying a little more for it, and if it's there, I'll ask for it.

It was delicious!
It was fresh, though it was quite tangy with the raw sake!
