Superb. Fresh and slightly tangy on the tongue. It has a full-bodied taste, but it runs out of steam. No bitterness. Not a beautiful sharpness, but it is easy to drink and I like it very much. I want to drink it again!
The aroma and taste are typical of honjozo. The tanginess is not due to the modern gassiness, but to the alcohol content, which is 19%. There is also a lingering aftertaste. When I saw a documentary about Mr. Noguchi, he said, "When I made the sake I wanted to make, the local people did not accept it. They said it was too thin. I made a solid sake loved by the locals. This is delicious.
Encountered it at a restaurant I just walked into before the first meeting. It has a piquancy and a good balance of sweetness and bitterness. It is a good sake for a meal! I ate too much...3 skewers, tofu, salted squid, and jakkoten. I'm full.
No piquancy, sweetness. Light aftertaste. Easy to drink. Good as a food wine.
I had a zero after-party with my friends at an oyster hut.
I went to a yakitori restaurant on a whim, and it was a wonderful encounter.
It is said to read "Kasumi Hajimete Tanabiku. The brewer was at Yoshike in Okachimachi, so we bought it. It has a sweet aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, it is not too sweet. It is refreshing. It is a modern type of sake.
Finally, I found a sake from Tokushima, purchased at Brande Supermarket. We greeted it with bitter gourd stir-fry, pickled firefly squid with salted malted rice, and octopus and wasabi. It has a fruity mouthfeel, with a hint of sourness and bitterness that quickly fades away. It is a delicious modern type of wine.
On Sunday, I took a walk to Imameya in PARCO.
It has freshness, little aroma, good balance of acidity, sweetness and spiciness, gorgeousness, and good sharpness. A delicious sake.
At Sugitama in Orinas. We are greeted with fried Mexicali and Toro Katsuo sashimi.
As others have said, the smell of cemedine. But not bad. Well balanced flavor and bitterness. Comfortable aftertaste.
At Sugitama in Orinas. Mukai with horse mackerel and toro-katsuo sashimi. Classic type, firm. It has bitterness and acidity. Good as a mid-meal drink because of its refreshing taste. It may be good as a hot sake.
Purchased at a store in Nishi Funabashi station. Drank it cold.
Slightly tangy. Good sharpness from the umami sweetness. Good balance.
The price of 1000 yen for a four-pack is the most cost-effective level!
I would like to repeat this sake if it is sold.
It has the freshness of a pure sake, and the sweet but robust flavor of rice. It disappears quickly with a slight bitterness. This is also a great sake as a food sake. Saga is amazing!
At Sengoku Bussho EXPO. Sweet, but refreshing. Certainly want to pair it with seafood. I would... I want to pair it with the fried chicken I just bought...(lol) But it goes well with it!
