コジコジSuperb. Fresh and slightly tangy on the tongue. It has a full-bodied taste, but it runs out of steam. No bitterness. Not a beautiful sharpness, but it is easy to drink and I like it very much. I want to drink it again! ヤスサケI went on a sightseeing trip to Chiba the weekend before last.
Purchased some local sake at a sake store overlooking Otaki Castle in Otaki Town✨.
This is the first Otaki Castle I've had and it was even better than I expected ❕.
The aroma is slightly sweet☺.
I thought it might be spicy, but it's a delicious sweet taste of thickened rice 😆.
The aroma is not as fruity, but it was delicious without being fussy!
