Continuing with the post from the recent Kumamoto offline meeting 🍶.
The second glass: Sentori Akatombo
It has the acidity typical of Sentori, but it's not as assertive as I thought it would be, and the bounce is nice and delicious 🥰.
I didn't (couldn't?) buy it this year. Akatombo
I'm glad I got to drink it 😁.
