I bought this when I went on a trip to Yamanashi before, and since it's not available in my area, I've been keeping it in a safe place, wondering when I'll open it. I was wondering when I would open it. So today, on the third day of opening the bottle, I decided to drink it in earnest... The first day we opened the bottle, it had a strong alcoholic taste, or rather, the complex taste of Yamahai, so we thought it might settle down after a while. I thought it would settle down after a while, so I decided to drink it today. The aroma was mellow, like it had been aged for a long time, and the taste was mild, but the flavor was rich, and the acidity was moderate, so it was not tiring to drink, and it was the perfect food sake for well-seasoned Japanese food, such as boiled and stewed dishes. I found myself with only one glass left... Are your liver values okay? I was worried about that on Sunday evening.

I like sake future I like Hououmita That's gotta be bought... lol I bought it with a quick decision! Sake Mirai has a characteristic of being gorgeous, but also having a nice crispness at the end, and this Hououmita is no exception. It has a rich aroma, a gentle mouthfeel, a little light, not juicy, but with a good amount of rice flavor. I think the feeling is that it goes through the nose with a "Whoa! It's a little bit like Ippon Zasho, but with a bit more glamour. It was delicious... It's going to run out fast...

This is good! Just like the label says, it's sweet and juicy, and the rice flavor is well blended and easy to drink! Not only is it sweet, but it also has a good amount of crispness at the end, so the sweetness doesn't linger, making you want another sip... I drank too much... lol

Surprisingly, Yuki-Tsubaki was not registered as a brand name. I fell in love with it on a trip to Niigata, but I thought I'd never find it... until I happened to find it in a chain of liquor stores about a 30 minute drive away😅. First of all, it had a banana-like ginjo aroma that wafted out of the glass. I was especially surprised that it went well with pork and vegetables stir-fried in a homemade soy sauce-based sauce! It was the kind of sake you would want in between elegant sakes like Shinsei. It was delicious!

It's another stable and tasty collage! As always, it has a melon-like ginjo aroma, a delicious flavor that accompanies the meal, and a perfect balance of aroma and sharpness. Before you know it, it's gone! That's what I always feel when I play with Collagen Collagen. In fact, it's gone faster than the New Year's bottle of Shinsei that I opened first... It's a great Collage!

Today is the first anniversary of the start of Sake No Wa, so I'm uploading a few rare brews. I first got a bottle of the Chinese zodiac, but this is the first time I've learned that they also serve Shinsei... When I opened the bottle, it was like a champagne. When I opened the bottle, I was so surprised at how energetic it was, just like champagne! It's a little gassy, pretty mild, and because it's 13 degrees...you don't feel like you're drinking alcohol and it goes down easy😁. It is very clean and probably easier to drink than champagne😁. I think I'm going to have a good drink this year too... It was a good luck drink😊.

I've always seen Mariponu's impressions of the Eiko Fuji strike, and I've always wanted to try it someday. SNOW's impressions made me more excited, and Manachie's impressions made me run out of patience, so I took advantage of the half-price coupon on Yahoo! It has a pleasant fruity aroma that spreads when you pour it into a glass, a gassy feeling, a light mouthfeel, and a clean, clear mouthfeel. It's another great sake! It's hard to find a store near me that carries it... It seems to me that this sake has something in common with Shizengo. We had it with boiled kinki, sweet shrimp, and yagen cartilage, and it went surprisingly well with the yagen cartilage. The sake is really good!

It's a very limited edition one that I'm interested in as a label collector. It's a special sake brewed by blending nine different types of sake that had lost their way due to the Corona disaster. It's the first time I've seen it at home, but on the first day I opened the bottle, I honestly didn't like it because each of them had too much of a claim... After a week of drinking... It has mellowed and become easier to drink. The aroma stood out from the moment I poured it into the glass and it was like a love mountain. The mouthfeel is gentle and sweet, then gorgeous, and finally bitterness spreads, and it is a very interesting taste.

It's still good too! This one feels like every time, but it's truly a grown-up ramune! Today is January 11th, so I'll be serving Kudokidake with an 11% milling rate... I was worried about it, but I held back and chose this one. But 29% is 4,620 yen... Is it just me or does Kudokukigake always set the price gently for the rice polishing ratio...? I picked it up without hesitation because it was too good a deal👍. The moment I drank it, it was like a melon? Grape? Muscat? The sweetness is clear and translucent, making it easy to drink. I didn't feel the sweetness of Fumotowi's Yukigami that I drank before, but it's the same kind of sweetness, so I wonder if that's the characteristic of Yukigami. I'd like to try the other Yukigami sakes again... As the temperature gradually rises from the low temperature, the spread of the ginjo aroma seems to become stronger, and both of them had no peculiarities! For me, I prefer to drink it at about 5 degrees Celsius. I was also impressed by the sharpness at the end. Well...it's good, kudokido!

This is another one I bought on a trip to Yamanashi a few months ago, but really, every kind of Shichiken is delicious! I took it out of the fridge and chilled it outside at 0 degrees Celsius until just before drinking... As it says "taste of silk", it is clear, clean and smooth! No peculiarities, just a nice fruity taste that spreads to your mouth when you drink it. It's an honor student that can be enjoyed on its own, with food, and in all situations! Excellent! Scallop with salmon roe Fried oysters from Hiroshima pickled cucumber pickled radish Any of them is good!

On my way back home, I dropped in at Hissei in Okayama to have an oyster. Then I saw a local sake shop 20 steps away. This is fate, isn't it? The Banshu Ikken oregarashi we were looking for! I bought it without hesitation...? Twenty-three years? Nine years ago? Aren't you getting old? I was unsure, but I bought it because these things are rare. It's not old! In fact, I can even feel the freshness of fresh sake! It's amazing! Sake is amazing! Thanks for the quality control! As each day passes after opening the bottle, the aroma changes to a mild, melon-like ginjo aroma. From the beginning, you can sense the aged taste as well. What is different from the Shippo series is that you feel a little roughness? It was a valuable experience. It was good!

As it is only Hiyaoroshi, it has a mellow flavor, or rather a thick flavor, and a slightly strong ginjo aroma that goes through the nose. And the slightly spicy sharpness goes well with meals such as pickled daikon! A櫻 of Omachi is also delicious!

My first YAMATO SHIZUKU I also like Kariho, and I've been looking for Yamato Shizuku for a long time, but surprisingly, I found it in a liquor store I knew, and I bought it without hesitation. The liquor store told me that the brewery uses "Shellfish Fossil Bed Water", which is written on the label, in the brewing water, so it is rich in minerals and goes well with the same fish and shellfish! And... So, we had it with yellowtail, flatfish sashimi, salmon roe, and other oden, and it went very well! It's got a nice acidity and a ginjo aroma that fills your mouth, and rather than being fruity, you get a good sense of the flavor of the rice, and it goes great with food! I've only paired it with white meat, but I think it would be great with tuna, grilled fish, or boiled fish. It's delicious! I don't have enough left for one more cup!

It's still good! It has a pleasant ginjo aroma, and the rice flavor is more dominant than the fruity flavor, but the flavor is not dense, and it is light and clear. I had a hard time deciding which one to end the year with, so I decided on this one, and I have no regrets! I knew it was a good Mutsu Hassen! Thanks to Sake no Wa and my sake friends, I've been able to enjoy a wonderful sake life this year. I hope to continue discovering new and wonderful sake and spreading the word about sake next year. Sorry about the price tag lol. I love Sharaku's Nagoshi Zake! It has the same melon-like ginjo aroma and the same sharpness. What's different from the usual one is that it has a little bit thicker flavor, so it goes well with boiled flounder. Sharaku is still great!

Finally, this will be the last CHAPTER X of 59taka. Both Aizan and Ipponjime are my favorite sake rice, so I was very excited... Open the bottle! Hmm? The gorgeousness of Aizan comes too far to the front, and I don't feel the single closure... Too flamboyant, too dull... It's too sweet... All I can say for now is, it's not open? I think I'll drink half of it at the beginning of the year. So, my goal for this year was to drink all kinds of 59taka! I've achieved it! I think I'll use these as a reference and buy a bottle in a spot from next time. I think I'm going to use these as a reference next time I buy a bottle of 59taka, because 500ml bottles...I feel like I'm losing money...lol When I look back, the one that I liked the most was the CHAPTER 1, the one that is currently on sale in the 2021 version. I still have a strong impression of it. It is refreshing when you drink it, but it also has a good amount of flavor and a nice finish! This is one of the best brewed Ippon-Seizoku. Can you make room for the Lemacombe... What to do with the 9 bottles I bought in Nara... Will you go back home and not go to the liquor store... I have a lot of problems, but I want CHAPTER1...

Atago no matsu standard sake after a long time The liquor store I usually go to doesn't have it, so I went in the exact opposite direction for 30 minutes... I bought it, but when I looked closer, I saw that it was made in August of last year... It's been put to sleep. When I drank it, I was relieved to see that it hadn't aged... As soon as you put it in your mouth, the strong ginjo aroma fills your mouth, and then it gradually softens, and finally it becomes tangy and sharp! It's the ultimate sake for food. It gives the impression that it is easy to match with Japanese food in general. It fits in well with our dining table! Personally, I prefer Hakurakusei, but this one is good too!
