I had a chance to buy Soga Pale Efis again... They changed it to a tug this time, so well then, it's been a while since I've had it! So I bought this Two Rabbit. This "Bansai" is a kind of rice which was offered to the emperor. I can't believe they revived it after 100 years... I'm impressed😁. The taste is... Surprisingly, there is almost no miscellaneous taste for 70% polished, and it is fruity like melon and cucumber! When you open the bottle It is easy to drink with a refreshing flavor and a sense of gas that makes you say "pop!" It has a little bit of a Mimurosugi or Shizengo feel to it, so it is a versatile sake that can be enjoyed with or without snacks. This is 1250 yen... Delicious and wonderful! I knew Futari would serve good sake✨.

When I opened the bottle, it immediately bubbled to the top and a few drops spilled out, the gas feeling was amazing! So I was going to drink the supernatant, but it mixed and is still sizzling in the bottle😲. When I put it in my mouth, it was like a carbonated drink! The flavor is not so much on the palate, it's gorgeous but crisp with good acidity. I had the impression that it tasted like a wine cell of Hououmida. I'd like to try other kinds✨.

Keisaraku only sells unpasteurized sake at this time of year, and as a fan, I am happy to be able to enjoy the different flavors. The red label that shows "nama-shu" is usually blue, because the sake has only been heated once, so we get a little excited. When I asked the clerk at my favorite liquor store about this Origarami 2, he told me that it was simply sold in different tanks from 1 to 3. I can't afford to buy all of them, so I'll just stick with the 2 this year... And the taste, the freshness and fluffiness that is typical of nama-shu is completely different from the once-boiled version, so I'm already grinning! It also has the usual melon-like ginjo aroma, and on the second day, it changes to a refreshing ramune like sensation, and the balance of sweet and savory is really something to savor😍. I bought dancyu lol Sake is divine, I thought. I'm thankful for a peaceful Japan. And then there's Corona... So, this is Mimurosugi's Origarami. I personally like Mimurosugi, and I also like Origari, so I bought this with a little expectation... It tasted just like I expected! The first cup of only the supernatant The refreshing aroma spreads throughout the glass, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a gassy, ramune like taste, with a good balance of sweet and sour, and you can gulp it down as it is. The second glass is mixed with lees. As it smells, when you put it in your mouth, the lees mixed in makes it more mellow and a little sweeter. I like this sweetness, and I guess that's why I like origara-mi. This lees is a little larger than other origarami and you can taste the roughness. I bought some cream cheese with miso for the Sogapelle Efis the other day, and surprisingly it went perfectly with this! It was so good... It's gone now...

Sogapelle Efis Drinking Comparison Then there's yeast #6, and what is yeast #6? Yes, it is. It reminds me of No6 of Shinsei. So I bought this one imagining that it would be rather easy to accept.... There was a 1500ml bottle of this No.6 yeast, but I chose this 750ml bottle. By the way, since it is a winery, the volume is also 750ml and the stopper is also a cork. So I asked the person at the store how to store it, and he said it would be fine for a week if I used plastic wrap and fastened it with a rubber band. Also, the bottle is longer than normal sake, so when I tried to put it in the usual place in the fridge, it wouldn't fit. I was in a bit of a hurry lol. So the important thing is the taste... It's also delicious! This one is light, a little gassy, refreshing, really similar to the No6 X-Type! But the aroma on the nose is a little more subdued, and the aftertaste is longer. I wish this wonderful sake would be available all year round! It went well with albacore tempura! It was delicious!

This is a comparison of Sogapére Efis drinking. Never thought I'd get this, but it was available at a liquor store 10 minutes away by moped! But still, sake at a winery...? I thought it was a winery, but it looks like they used to make sake before the war. There was a shortage of rice during the war, so what to do? Let's grow grapes and make wine! (Internet research lol) And this yeast No.4 that we revived. It tastes like... It's beyond the scope of my hobby! Excellent! Refreshing and gentle on the palate, but the rice flavor comes through later with a gusto and a rich aftertaste. The acidity is just right, and I wonder if this is the reason why it is so easy to drink. I thought that because it is a sake made by a winery, it would have a strong sourness similar to wine. I thought it would be more like wine, but it's definitely sake. One interesting thing is that it is made with yeast #4... The first sip, chilled, was fruity, with the juiciness and freshness of grapes for a moment, and as it warmed up with the temperature of the room and my hands, it smelled like bananas, and I enjoyed the change to a mellow banana-like aroma in my mouth. I felt it was the most temperature sensitive I have ever had.

A snowman that is heavily promoted on a certain You Tube channel I don't think I need to explain it, since it's often shown on Sake no Wa... This was my first experience with this vent cap, so I took a picture of it. On the first day of opening the bottle, the gas feeling was so great that it was swooshing out of the cap. When I put it in my mouth, it felt like the gas was crackling on my tongue and popping out of control. And the amount of lees... lol! If I didn't have any information, I wouldn't have bought it. If you just take a look at the supernatant, it was light and had the same feeling as Kaze no Mori. When I mixed it, it changed completely! The sweetness increases dramatically, and the sourness and integrated taste are well balanced and easy to drink! It's low in alcohol, so I was able to drink it on its own! By the way, from the third day after opening the bottle, the gaseous feeling settles down, and it's also mellow and delicious. I preferred the second day when the gasiness had settled down and it was a little more swooshy.

It was dark under the lamp post. I like Origari at the base, but it is melon, pineapple, tropical, juicy, easy to drink, mild, and the aroma spreads naturally, not unpleasant.
