Today is January 11th, so I'll be serving Kudokidake with an 11% milling rate...
I was worried about it, but I held back and chose this one.
But 29% is 4,620 yen...
Is it just me or does Kudokukigake always set the price gently for the rice polishing ratio...?
I picked it up without hesitation because it was too good a deal👍.
The moment I drank it, it was like a melon? Grape? Muscat? The sweetness is clear and translucent, making it easy to drink.
I didn't feel the sweetness of Fumotowi's Yukigami that I drank before, but it's the same kind of sweetness, so I wonder if that's the characteristic of Yukigami.
I'd like to try the other Yukigami sakes again...
As the temperature gradually rises from the low temperature, the spread of the ginjo aroma seems to become stronger, and both of them had no peculiarities!
For me, I prefer to drink it at about 5 degrees Celsius.
I was also impressed by the sharpness at the end.
Well...it's good, kudokido!
