On my way back home, I dropped in at Hissei in Okayama to have an oyster.
Then I saw a local sake shop 20 steps away.
This is fate, isn't it?
The Banshu Ikken oregarashi we were looking for!
I bought it without hesitation...?
Twenty-three years?
Nine years ago?
Aren't you getting old?
I was unsure, but I bought it because these things are rare.
It's not old! In fact, I can even feel the freshness of fresh sake!
It's amazing! Sake is amazing! Thanks for the quality control!
As each day passes after opening the bottle, the aroma changes to a mild, melon-like ginjo aroma.
From the beginning, you can sense the aged taste as well.
What is different from the Shippo series is that you feel a little roughness?
It was a valuable experience.
It was good!

Oyajii, good evening😊.
It is a kind of old sake, but I was surprised that it was more like new sake than old sake😁.
Such encounters are one of the interesting and fun things about sake😆.
