Atago no matsu standard sake after a long time
The liquor store I usually go to doesn't have it, so I went in the exact opposite direction for 30 minutes...
I bought it, but when I looked closer, I saw that it was made in August of last year...
It's been put to sleep.
When I drank it, I was relieved to see that it hadn't aged...
As soon as you put it in your mouth, the strong ginjo aroma fills your mouth, and then it gradually softens, and finally it becomes tangy and sharp!
It's the ultimate sake for food. It gives the impression that it is easy to match with Japanese food in general.
It fits in well with our dining table!
Personally, I prefer Hakurakusei, but this one is good too!
