It's a very limited edition one that I'm interested in as a label collector.
It's a special sake brewed by blending nine different types of sake that had lost their way due to the Corona disaster.
It's the first time I've seen it at home, but on the first day I opened the bottle, I honestly didn't like it because each of them had too much of a claim...
After a week of drinking...
It has mellowed and become easier to drink.
The aroma stood out from the moment I poured it into the glass and it was like a love mountain.
The mouthfeel is gentle and sweet, then gorgeous, and finally bitterness spreads, and it is a very interesting taste.
