Some people have already introduced it, This sake is brewed by Suzuki Sake Brewery, which was damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, to support the victims of the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. Kadoya Sake Brewery is also participating in this project and will donate a portion of the sales price. It is really a wonderful project. The taste is a mature and refreshing jungin. However, it has a mineral taste unique to this brewery. I wanted to see what it was, so I kept drinking more and more. It is gently delicious, but you can feel its core. Serve with pickled asuyo leaves from Hachijojima Island.

The water is very soft. The sweetness and sourness come in easily, and the softness makes it easy to drink. It is delicious. The rice is Toyama sake rice and the yeast is local apple flower yeast. It is truly a local sake. There are many sake breweries in Toyama, but few of them offer brewery tours. Among them, Yoshinotomo Sake Brewery was open to visitors who made reservations by phone the day before the tour. The president of Yoshinotomo Sake Brewery said that they actively accept brewery tours. I was very grateful. The company also has its own rice-polishing facility, and they polish rice at the request of many other breweries. It is truly a bottom-feeder of Toyama's sake culture. I learned a lot from him. Thank you very much!

Sake freshly squeezed in Oita yesterday is served in Osaka. What a luxury. The simple sweetness of the rice is pleasantly sweet with a slight carbonation and a hint of acidity. Thanks to the brewer and the Urano Sake Shop. It was a nice evening.

Hot sake was served at Hama Sushi. The price was 480 yen per sake cup. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but to my surprise, it was a good sake with lots of chestnut and grain flavors. It was also nice when heated. The only regret is that the sake cup is very cold. I wonder if it was chilled for cold sake.

We had junmai and shiboritate honmai (at separate restaurants). Junmai is refreshing and delicious. Goes well with sashimi. It comes at it from a different angle than Niigata's neat, dry sake. No wonder it is so popular. The Shiboritate Honkai is much more powerful than the Junmai. I'd like to take my time with this one. It might be good warmed up. The food was from Yatsuhashi-san's place in Toyama City. The fish, or rather the seafood, was exceptional. They decorated our last night in Toyama.

At a hotel on a trip to Toyama. The flavor comes in easily. The price is 800 yen, but it is worth it. But ... The level of packaged sushi at the supermarket is too high. I envy the people of Toyama Prefecture.

The modest shwashuwa and sweetness of the rice is combined with the sharpness of the sake, probably due to the effect of the sake's aluzome (alcohol-added) additives. The level of Wakanami and this one is too high. Honjozo is also very reasonably priced, and I'm gradually becoming more and more fond of it.

They call it MV type. Probably in Yamaguchi Prefecture? It is a sake made exclusively for MaxValu in Yamaguchi Prefecture. It is made of kimoto, 90% polished rice, pure rice, and at this price. I was very impressed to find such an authentic sake sold at a supermarket. If this kind of project becomes popular in supermarkets across the country, I think more and more sake fans will come to enjoy this kind of sake. The taste is reminiscent of honey lemon. Asakusa, purchased during a business trip. Took about 5 minutes to open the bottle. It has a firm sweetness, but with a strong schwash, and is nicely balanced. It is a bit like a slightly sweeter version of the active cloudy version of the Liqueur Spring. The overall flavor is rich, but the low alcohol content is also appreciated. The inside of the bowl in which it is poured is truly a light snowfall.

It is delicious! It is similar to the freshly pressed raw sake of Shiborizuru. It has a moderate sweetness and a richness that comes in easily. Since it has a high alcohol content, it can be slightly carbonated. I have been seeing this sake in supermarkets for a long time, but I wonder why I did not notice its quality earlier. Good sake, it's dark under the lamp. You have to know your surroundings better.

Thank you for your comment, na2😊 Preconceived notions are really scary. I've been trying a lot of sake from the supermarket lately. Kiku-Masamune keg sake is also good. This size is very useful for overnight business trips.
