Masumi純米吟醸 樽酒 あらばしり
風の島の菊鹿
A tradition in our house.
The aroma of the cedar barrels is strong but gentle.
The flavor is so good that we can't stop drinking it with Masu.
But every year, I wonder if this sake is arabashiri. If so, I wonder if the Nakadori or the Chameki is sold somewhere. If anyone knows, please let me know.
I would like to drink it with red snow crab marinated in salted malted rice from Ishikawa prefecture.
