Ice aging in our house
I bought this based on your review.
I put it to sleep for a bit.
It is indeed one of the best among the recent Kaze no Mori wines.
The sweet, spicy, and acidic unity is outstanding.
It is 3 years old.
The flavor of aging like whiskey, the moist sweetness of rice, and the hot feeling when it goes down your throat. It's so nice.
Kadoya's aged sake is really beautiful.
I'm still thrilled.
I love the sourness and smoothness.
This is my second bottle this season, and I picked it up from a place that had it in stock.
At times like this, I feel a connection.
My wife won the second prize (a set of 8 specialties) at the Kagoshima products exhibition.
The prize was a thick slice of bonito tataki from Kagoshima.
I let it sit for quite a while.
From the start, the rice explodes with sweetness.
It still has a bit of a "shwashuwa" feeling.
In the second half, it becomes lighter and lighter, which is exactly the nigori-nari of Hana-hato.
One of my favorite brands.
As usual, it is gentle on the palate. But unlike the Honami I have had so far, it is less juicy and more spicy. It is rather spicy and aggressive.
Gashira sashimi I saw at the supermarket. I bought it because it was rare. It went well with this light and dry sake.
I wish gashira and this sake were more familiar to people.
Good taste! Piquancy that doesn't seem fire-roasted.
It's intense! Excellent balance of sweetness and sourness. And the sweet flavor is unique. I knew the name before, but this is the first time I bought it.
It's so good!
With grilled gashira.
This Hachijojima goods are too nice.
I can't help but wish for the recovery of Hachijo-jima.
On such a cold night, I warm myself with Etsukaijin Junmai-shu.
It's suddenly hot. It's good, it's good. It soaks up the cold. The retro label is also nice.
This sake is three years old. Naturally, it is kept at room temperature.
It's like dried grapes, apricots, nuts, an old chest of drawers, honey lemon, moldy cheese, and all sorts of other goodness concentrated in it.
My body warmed up quickly and I took off my layers of clothes. The cold cools off and feels good.
The sweetness of the Ishikawa gate and a slight sourness pushes in thickly. The bitterness of the aftertaste accents the sweetness. This is truly a sake to drink in autumn.
The sky was also casually autumnal. The sky of Osaka is surprisingly wide.
If you are a Kikutaka freak,
You will chase after this sake as well as Koei Kiku, this sake.
The sweet and spicy slightly carbonated taste is accented by the bitterness that follows.
This is another gem that reminds us of Kikutaka's DNA.
It will heal the fatigue of your business trip.
Oh, very mellow. Sweet and sour in one round world. Interesting. It certainly has the flavor of red wine.
I would like to drink it slowly while sitting on a massage chair when the autumn gets a little deeper.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo, but at just under 2,000 yen (tax included) for a 4-gou bottle, it is very reasonably priced.
Because it is made with rice that is not from the same grade, it cannot claim a specific name, but it is in fact a junmai daiginjo.
It is an interesting sake that goes in very smoothly but has a soft sweetness in the aftertaste.
The moment I picked it up at Otsuki Sake Shop, the owner said to me, "That's interesting, that sake," and I was happy to purchase it.
I really like the usual running course because there are no people there. However, I am annoyed at the idiots who throw garbage on the street.
This is the second one this season. But it will be gone soon.
I like the feeling of this cider.
I like this cider with pickled cucumber.
Hachijojima's kanabu are very beautiful.
I heard that the color is not so common in the mainland.
This is Hirotogawa's nigori, which is drunk at this time of the year.
It is a bit bitter and sweet with a hint of bitterness. The sweetness with a hint of bitterness is softly fragrant. There is no unpleasant taste at all. The moment I took a sip, it reminded me of that moment in winter.
Our summer vacation is already 80% over.
Hachijojima was fun. Now I have to get back to my daily life.
Oh, it's gone.
It's really rice juice (slightly carbonated).
It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness.
The low alcohol content makes it go fast.
The mouthfeel reminds me of melon for a moment.
Tonight's sky, which I saw with my second son, is a hazy moon.
I'm going on a business trip tomorrow, I hate it.
Thank you for your comment on my recent post on rice cranes.
This Kaze no Mori looks very delicious.
I've been into sweet sake lately so I wanted to try it 😁.
Thank you very much for your kind attention, Yukari-san. This Kaze no Mori is unfiltered, unfiltered, but has a low alcohol content and is easy to drink in that respect as well. Please try it if you have a chance!
It is also light and easy to drink. Compared to the Jade, it has more of a "shwashy" feeling and more of a "gin" aroma. This is fine.
I've been enjoying Yamabusubi lately.
I also like the label. I drank it with a fan in front of me, just like the label says.
I've been running and walking a lot lately, and even in the town I've lived in for many years, there are many places I don't know. It's a nice discovery.
This was so, so good.
It was light, spicy, and sour, but the sourness was also soft, hitting its head without breaking through, and the sweetness that had been hidden for so long gradually emerged.
I don't know what it is about this high-temperature Yamahai brewing process, but it is definitely a memorable flavor.
Cheers and thanks to the brewer and Yajima Sake Brewery!
Purchased again after last year. This time, I secured 2 bottles.
Overall, it still has a cider-like taste. The acidity is gentle, and I am glad that the fragrance of gin is moderate. You can drink it in large gulps.
The pond in the neighborhood is also a nice blue color.
Good morning, Good morning, Evening Drinking Conservation Committee ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
It's the season of beautiful water mirrors at dusk when the sky is clear and linked to the azure of "Akamu" 🥰.
It's the season for rice planting in my hometown, too, and the unique [water mirror in the rice field] of this season ✨.
Thank you for your comment, Jive! It is a pond everywhere, but I found it to be beautiful at certain times and places. Jive-san, you are in Fukui Prefecture, right? I bet the water mirror in the rice field must be so beautiful. I could drink sake with it😄.
It is moist and sweet, and the acidity quickly flushes out the sweetness. It is like a softly fragrant wisteria flower.
As one would expect from a brewery whose main product is kijo sake. I like this brewery a lot these days.
I'm wondering what my second son should take lessons in. Is it time to narrow it down to dance or swimming?
I love this sake already.
The smell of the chest of drawers, the ripe sweetness and acidity with a graininess.
Not fruity at all, but it's good.
At my age, I learned for the first time the meaning of the color yamabuki.
