Amanoto for a long time. This time it was Junmai Daiginjo. I thought it would have a strong aroma, but perhaps because it was chilled, it did not have much of an aroma. In the mouth, it tastes less umami and more like apple grapes, with a hint of sweetness. All Akita sake is delicious.

Ehime, Seiryu Shuzo's Seiryushikara, Special Junmai Sake Uraka/Rei (REI) I had never seen it before and bought it on a hunch. It has a light spring-like flowery aroma, and as I sipped it, the flowery aroma spread further and the umami flavor spread in my mouth. The flavor does not linger for long, but I can't stop drinking it. I love to make love to you!

The aroma is not strong but slightly pleasant. It is a little cloudy, and when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the acidity and sweetness. It is the kind of sake I like. The label on the back of the bottle reads "Separately brewed (Sakura Neko)," but I wonder what Sakura Neko is? It is 100% Miyamanishiki and 15 degrees. I'll make love to you

I bought it because the owner told me it was delicious at room temperature, although I prefer it cold. It is soft to the tongue, sweet and easy to drink. If you drink it after another cold sake, you can drink it even softer and with a hint of sweetness. I used to drink only cold sake, but this one made me think that it is delicious at room temperature as well.

Finally, I found sake. I bought it at a liquor store without hesitation because it said that I could only have one bottle per group🎵. I was told that it was 100% Miyamanishiki. The aroma was a bit woody. The taste is well balanced with sweetness and umami without sourness🎵. I'm so glad that I could find this kind of sake in my hometown in Saitama. Sake is really profound ❗.

I can't get over how mellow it is when I take a sip. The aftertaste of the rice is also nice. I prefer a sour taste, but this one is not sour. It also has a sweetness that makes it delicious. The owner says it's also good warmed, so I'm going to try it tomorrow, even though I don't often drink warmed sake.

It's been a while since I've had a Nabeshima, and this is my first New Moon. I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but when I opened it, it just popped out. The aroma is gorgeous and fresh. When you put it in your mouth, the balance of umami, sweetness and a little sourness is exquisite. That's Nabeshima. It's so good ⤴️⤴️!
