OYMI happened to miraculously get a bottle of Winter Moon. The aroma and nigori are perfect. The flavor and acidity are also at the highest level. It is one of my top 3 sake in the market. It is a sake that I really like.

OYMIt's been a long time since I've had Kouji. Ahhh, it's delicious. Sweetness and a hint of sourness. You can drink it comfortably and moderately. You will be drunk before you know it. The sweet taste is very pleasant.

OYMGlorious Fuji again. The owner, who knew I liked acidity, recommended it. When I opened the bottle, it had a sweet aroma like a Junmai Daiginjo. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the pleasant sourness on your tongue and the sweetness and umami mix together to create a very enjoyable and delicious drink. The label on the back of the bottle says it is made from a fantastic variety of sake rice called "Tamanao".

OYMThis bottle was recommended by the manager. It is a refreshing summery sake with a subtle fruity aroma and a light spread of umami and sweetness on the palate. The label on the back says it is made from 100% Akita Sake Komachi. The alcohol content is low (14%), so it goes down easy. I'm feeling good and drunk tonight, too.

OYMMade with Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. The aroma is not so strong, probably due to the fact that the bottle was just opened at room temperature. When you put it in your mouth, it has just the right amount of umami and sweetness. The balance is very good. As one would expect from Yamada-Nishiki. I am looking forward to drinking this sake tomorrow and the day after. I will drink it at room temperature, but I might try to make love to it cold.

OYMI bought this sake after the store owner introduced me to his favorite sake that can be drunk at room temperature. It is not sweet, but you can taste the umami. The aroma is moderately umami. I think I would like it if the umami was a little stronger. But it seems to go well with all kinds of snacks.

OYMAmanoto for a long time. This time it was Junmai Daiginjo. I thought it would have a strong aroma, but perhaps because it was chilled, it did not have much of an aroma. In the mouth, it tastes less umami and more like apple grapes, with a hint of sweetness. All Akita sake is delicious.

OYMEhime, Seiryu Shuzo's Seiryushikara, Special Junmai Sake Uraka/Rei (REI) I had never seen it before and bought it on a hunch. It has a light spring-like flowery aroma, and as I sipped it, the flowery aroma spread further and the umami flavor spread in my mouth. The flavor does not linger for long, but I can't stop drinking it. I love to make love to you!
