It is my favorite with its nigari, acidity and sweetness. It is an easy-drinking sake with 13% alcohol content. I am very satisfied with this bottle that I had to go through a lot of trouble to get.
Iwanoi 240 Chiba Sake
Made with 100% Yamadanishiki. The acidity and umami are well intertwined and very well balanced. It has a sourness that I like.
It has 17% alcohol by volume and is so good that you will feel quite good after drinking it.

The label on the back says "Junmai Ginjo" but it looks like Junmai Daiginjo.
