It's been a super long time since I've seen Hanaup. It has a good balance after all. The aroma is good, and the flavor and gorgeousness in the mouth is perfect. It is very elegant. Only one cup today. I'm looking forward to the change in taste from tomorrow onwards🎵.

Gorgeous aroma🎵. It has a thick and sweet taste. It's also my favorite nigori, so I'm commenting in favor of it. It's very easy to drink. It would be perfect if it had a little more acidity, but since it's a Daiginjo, you can't expect that. But I recommend it❗.

As you would expect from a Daiginjo, the smell is very gorgeous and has a certain woody scent to it🎵. This is the first day of opening, but it is very easy to drink and goes in easily. There is no miscellaneous taste, but it could have a little more punch. I'm looking forward to seeing how the taste changes after 2 days. I'm going to drink too much of it today❗.

The sake is made with 70% polished Asahi rice, rice and rice malt, and subsoil water from the Takahashi River. It is faintly cloudy with a fruity aroma, and the balance gets better as you drink it over the second and third days. It is quite delicious🎵.

The smell after opening the package is very elegant. The flavor spreads gently on the palate. It is so easy to drink. After all, Yamadanishiki is delicious. There are three kinds of "Tsumami" from the "Omatsumi Kenkyujo Kenkyujo". It goes well with sake too🎵.

It's been a long time since I made this. It is delicious from the first day of opening. 4 days later, it is even more delicious with mellowness. I had cured ham and cheese as a side dish on the 4th day. After eating it, it fills your mouth with a refreshing taste of sweetness and flavor. The long awaited Akatake SEA! It has a nice aroma, and even though it is a Junmai sake, it is a refreshing and easy to drink sake with various fruits. I can feel the slight sourness, and it is one of my favorite sake. It is indeed Akatake. You will definitely drink it in no time at all.

I bought this because I was addicted to nigori. I can't feel the aroma or the sweetness, but anyway, the alcohol content is 20 degrees nano, so I get drunk. I wish it had a little more flavor.
