Amanoto for a long time. This time it was Junmai Daiginjo.
I thought it would have a strong aroma, but perhaps because it was chilled, it did not have much of an aroma.
In the mouth, it tastes less umami and more like apple grapes, with a hint of sweetness.
All Akita sake is delicious.
