The aroma is gorgeous. The taste is smooth and tasty, and a little spicy. When I drank it on the fourth day after opening the bottle, it became mellower and even more delicious. I am looking forward to drinking it again today, on the 5th day.

I happened to miraculously get a bottle of Winter Moon. The aroma and nigori are perfect. The flavor and acidity are also at the highest level. It is one of my top 3 sake in the market. It is a sake that I really like.

Glorious Fuji again. The owner, who knew I liked acidity, recommended it. When I opened the bottle, it had a sweet aroma like a Junmai Daiginjo. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the pleasant sourness on your tongue and the sweetness and umami mix together to create a very enjoyable and delicious drink. The label on the back of the bottle says it is made from a fantastic variety of sake rice called "Tamanao".

This bottle was recommended by the manager. It is a refreshing summery sake with a subtle fruity aroma and a light spread of umami and sweetness on the palate. The label on the back says it is made from 100% Akita Sake Komachi. The alcohol content is low (14%), so it goes down easy. I'm feeling good and drunk tonight, too.

Glorious Fuji for a long time. I was attracted by the label. It is still a good wine. The aroma and flavor are perfect. I drank it slowly for a week, but I think it tasted best on the third or fourth day.

Made with Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. The aroma is not so strong, probably due to the fact that the bottle was just opened at room temperature. When you put it in your mouth, it has just the right amount of umami and sweetness. The balance is very good. As one would expect from Yamada-Nishiki. I am looking forward to drinking this sake tomorrow and the day after. I will drink it at room temperature, but I might try to make love to it cold.

I bought this sake after the store owner introduced me to his favorite sake that can be drunk at room temperature. It is not sweet, but you can taste the umami. The aroma is moderately umami. I think I would like it if the umami was a little stronger. But it seems to go well with all kinds of snacks.
