no9875We had it at the restaurant. Since it was part of the all-you-can-drink lineup, I drank only Kido (laugh). I guess Kido's reasonable price is the reason why such a delicious sake is included in the all-you-can-drink lineup. Hats off to Kido.

no9875Masamune Kikki is renowned as the most powerful sake in the world. Although it is a honjozo, it is not harsh and easy to drink. But for some reason, I get a headache when I drink Gakki Masamune. Is it chemistry, placebo, or some other reason?

no9875Spring limited edition Kuheiji. I always buy this kind of delicious sake, but I always let it languish in the fridge, too lazy to waste it, and miss out on its freshness, so this time I drank it right away. Not too sweet, not too spicy. If you are used to sweet sake, the sweetness may seem weak.　Personally, I felt that I would rather drink this sake while enjoying it with some tsumami (Japanese pickles) rather than drinking it between meals.

no9875This and Kido were the only muddy sake we were able to buy this season. Thanks to the sake brewery for providing a stable supply. It is very active. Maybe because I tried to open the bottle in a room with a heater, bubbles came out... (laugh). (laughter). After letting the gas out for about 5 minutes, I was finally able to get it to settle down. The mouthfeel was easy to drink and refreshing, with a strong acidity and a pleasant shuffle, and not as sweet as it looked gorgeous. I picked it up with a pack of sushi, but it would do well with a more robust tasting snack!　Maybe next time I'll drink it with salami cheese.
