I found a fresh sake from macho that I had enjoyed last year and bought it. It is a low-polishing, low-milled sake, but it has none of the gusto that other low-milled sake tends to have, and is very easy to drink and delicious. It can be drunk on its own, but it also has a strong sake flavor, so it is good to have a tsumami with it, so you don't have to choose when to drink it.
