Mansaku flowers are not available in my neighborhood. I found it and bought it when I went on an expedition to drink sake, and kept it refrigerated for a long time.
This time, I opened the bottle to drink it with autumn taste rice (rice cooked with mushrooms + salmon roe).
It has an aroma and taste that is not overpowering, but not too assertive, even with the strong flavors and tastes of autumn. It is the type that can be drunk like water. It was delicious on its own, but I think it is a sake that makes you want to eat food rather than sashimi or other single dishes.
This time, it was so delicious that I ended up drinking more than usual. Be careful not to drink too much!
