I got a bottle of one-year-old Tetorigawa that had been sitting in the fridge at my parents' house. Maybe because it had been stored in the fridge, the taste has not deteriorated, and if anything, it has become mellower and more rounded. Is that because it is a summer sake? It was very drinkable on the rocks, but it also had a good flavor, so it was good with snacks. Why is such a good sake left unused for a year?
