I finally bought some earlier this year, but this time I kept it in the fridge and didn't drink it (lol).
I tried it with a full bottle and was surprised at how sweet and fruity it was. It was surprisingly sweet and fruity, and with the bubbles, it was as if I was drinking sparkling wine or champagne. It is sweet, yet refreshing and easy to drink. It is the type of wine that should be drunk and savored as is, rather than paired with sashimi or other dishes.
And as the name suggests, they are particular not only about the taste, but also about the production. Hats off to them.
