It's a dry and easy to drink sake 😚 It's been a while since I've had a regular sake, but it's still a royal sake 😳. I hope to absorb Yamanashi sake during my business trip to Yamanashi 🥳👍

I think it has almost no aroma🤔It has a good balance between the gentle rice flavor and clear acidity in the mouth😊I'm drinking it at room temperature now, but it might be more spread out if I warm it up 😚I'll try it tomorrow🫡It seems the sake is made by our neighbor, Daikan Brewery 🤣. I'm on the last lap for the Yamanashi sake comp 🥳.

(* ˊInsert ㅅㅅㅅ) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Yamanashi business trip No. 10 Today, we took a break from Yamanashi sake and had a Thanksgiving dinner of Kabishin Brewery's Shinshin Houjou Thanksgiving, a sake bought at a liquor store in Yamanashi😋. The aroma is gorgeous 😊The taste is fresh and crisp, as is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake 😋. The balance between aroma and flavor is very good 😚👍 with less cloying taste 😘. The 4th picture is the first time I had kabocha hot pot 🍲 in Yamanashi Prefecture 😋 it was a gentle taste that soaked into my body 😍 but I was full after 1 serving 😵Next is the motsu nimono and horse sashimi 🥰.

It has a clean taste and is orthodox light and dry 😚It goes in easily 😘. It is a good sake with excellent cost performance 🥳👍

The bottle was opened at room temperature 😀The aroma may not be so noticeable 🤔In the mouth, it has a beautiful aroma of rice 🌾 and a good balance with light acidity 😚👍. The aftertaste is sharp and spicy with a touch of bitterness, making it very drinkable 🥳. It's a sake that goes well with food 🥰.

It was served at room temperature, but you can hardly smell the aroma 🤔It is slightly sweet on the palate? It has a beautiful acidity and a nice sharpness😊It is a light and dry sake that you will never get tired of drinking 😚👍.

The aroma is nice and umakuchi type 😊The taste of beautiful rice and sweetness spreads in the mouth 😚. After that, the acidity was nice and slowly faded away in the aftertaste 😘I thought it would be absolutely delicious warmed up 😘I'll try heating it up tomorrow 🫡.

(^o^)o🍶🍶🍶🍶 Yamanashi business trip No.5 We had a bottle of Haruyingtsuyu, which we purchased at Manya Brewery where we visited last weekend 😋They recommended the most basic sake at the brewery 😀 It seems to be featured in the 80th volume of "Meshinbo" 🤔. The bottle opens with a nice mellow aroma 😊. The mouthfeel is soft and full 😚This is a delicious guy who can also taste the flavor 😘The aftertaste is crisp and it's a food sake that you won't get tired of drinking 🥰. The fourth one is the ramen noodles from Shimizu in Apa 😙The light and fresh dried ramen was a beautiful soup that gently soaked into my stomach after drinking 😍.

Saw Saw Saw Saw Saw(¯ ャャ¯艸艸)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Yamanashi Business Trip No.4 Over the weekend, I went to Kawaguchiko face for sake river 🚗³₃I visited Ide Brewery, a sake brewery near Kawaguchiko 😀 I bought the brewery's limited edition enclosure. The aroma is mild but pleasant ginjo aroma 😊In the mouth, it hits you with a bang as if it were a raw sake 😚The clean rice flavor is followed by the acidity to finish. The alcohol level is a bit high, so you can't drink a lot of it, but it's good to drink it in small sips 😘. Fuji🗻 at Kawaguchiko and was so impressed by its beauty that I got hungry and had some Yoshida udon at Yamamoto Udon🥰.

The aroma is a classic umakuchi aroma😍On the palate, the rice flavor explodes💣😊and the acidity that follows nicely summarizes it😚👍This is a classic, flavorful, umakuchi sake 🥰It is a sake that you can enjoy for a long time 🥳🎊. The fourth picture is an eel for lunch at the expense of the company to raise the motivation of the young people in the company ⤴️ 🤩The combination of tender meat and sauce is perfect👌I don't know if it is a specialty of Yamanashi Prefecture but it was a very delicious eel 😍I got a receipt but it was not invoiced🤔It is cheap if it raised the motivation of the young people 😭.

The aroma is mild 😊The mouthfeel is soft and gentle 😊The rice flavor and sweetness 😋After that comes a slight acidity 😚It's a very beautiful sake 😘👍. The 4th picture is today for lunch I went to Kawada Okufuji 2nd branch 😊I had their famous Chicken Motsoba set meal 😋It was all you can eat soba but I could only eat 6 pieces (4 pieces is about 1 serving) 😭I should have ordered it by itself and tasted it but I got greedy 🤣.

It's a cup of sake but the aroma is fruity😊. The mouthfeel is gentle and mild😍slight sweetness and umami, overall light and easy to drink 😚👍. Unlike the usual Shinanotsuru, this is a delicious cup that is light 🤔 and gobbled up 🥳.

(ꕤ ॑ す す す す す す す す す)ノ 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we opened a bottle of Sakurada Shuzo's Hatsuzakura 😀✨This "Noto Kami-Sen Hatsuzakura" was brewed 3 months after the earthquake, with the cooperation of Kurumata Shuzo, who removed the Honjozo from the collapsed storage facility, where it lay in tanks. After being brought to the Kurumata Brewery, it was filtered and blended. It is said that this is the last honjozo sake from the Sakurada Brewery. The aroma is a little floral and full of rice 🌾 flavor 😊The mouthfeel is mellow and when you put it in your mouth, the firm umami comes first and you can feel a hint of sweetness 😋The acidity is light and refreshing overall😚👍It seems to be lighter than before 🤔. The fourth one is a beaver I bought that I had never seen before 😇It was a delicious beaver to begin with, but the salty flavor was just like kelp 😘It was a good one to have as a snack 🥳.

The aroma is mild and not too much 😀The color is light amber 😘The mouthfeel is soft, beautiful umami and sweetness of rice🌾😊The acidity comes slowly 😚It will be a slightly dry and crisp sake 🥳. The 4th one is a photo I took yesterday when I went to Kenrokuen Garden for a walk 😙The leaves are turning 🍁🍂 in some parts? I wonder if the best time to see the leaves will be a little bit later 😅.
