The aroma is a beautiful ginjo aroma😊The mouthfeel is soft😋😋😋😋The moment you take a sip, it has a gentle sweetness and muscat 🍇😘The rich flavor lingers in the nose 😊The sake is a fusion of Junmai sake Nenin 👉👈 and although it is a Honjozo, it has a fruity taste and was good 😚👍✨.

So sorry, so sorry... 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nagano Business Trip Part ㊹ Tomorrow is the last night of my business trip to Nagano 🌃 as I have to pack up and head back to Ishikawa Prefecture 😀 44 check-ins 🎉 for Nagano's business trip sake. The last day in Suwa, I bought a cup of Alkuma which I don't remember when I bought it 😇. The aroma is mild and not very noticeable, but on the palate it has a gentle rice 🌾 flavor and sweetness😊 followed by a nice crisp acidity 😚👍This is a delicious sake 🥳. The label said "Don't drink too much!" but it was so good that it killed me instantly 🤣. The fourth picture is of lunch with my junior staff at the end of a business trip to Nagano 😊Tonkatsu Maruichi is famous in Suwa. It's hard to tell from the photo, but the meat is 3~4cm thick, but it was tender and full of juices 🥰.

The aroma is fruity 😘The taste of soft rice and gentle sweetness on the palate 😊The ginjo aroma on the nose is nice and it goes away quickly 👍It was a good sake on its own 👍 The fourth one is French Salad 🥗I bought it with Takaten at Ichiyama Mart, I haven't seen it for years, so I put it in my basket😇I used to love French Salad, and it's still as good 🐴🥳.

The first bottle of the holiday weekend was a bottle of Hirotogawa that I bought last time 😋. Please refer to T.KISO's review for more details😊. It's a safe Hirotogawa 😋 and the taste is very sinking 🤤. The 4th one is on the way back 🐸, we had lunch at Zaru Soba Seto in Takayama 😚 I couldn't tell the clear difference between the two different kinds of soba 🤣 but it was delicious 🥳👍.

The aroma is clean 😊The mouthfeel is nice with fruity acidity and a firm rice sweetness 😚👍It feels like a sweet and tasty sake 🥰It's pretty much my favorite 😘. The 4th picture is the Tonkatsu set meal 🐷 I had lunch with a junior colleague the other day at the Matari Shokudo in Kamisuwa 😋The thick Tonkatsu with sauce was an excellent match 🤩This was a delicious guy who ranks high in the Tonkatsu ranking 🥳👍.

The aroma is more subdued and quiet than usual 🤔The mouthful has a nice balance of mild sweetness, acidity and umami 😊It is a delicious sake that you can drink smoothly without getting bored ✨😚👍. The fourth one is ramen🍜 at Mentobi-Rokkata, a jiro-style restaurant in Chino 😍I haven't had jiro in a long time and it was very good 🥰I ordered the vegetable version and I'm too hungry to move 😰.

This time it is a joint brew by "Kagatobi" Fukumitsuya and "Tani Izumi" Tsuruno Sake Brewery😊✨This sake is based on the brewing formula of the previous "Tani Izumi Special Junmai Nama Genzake Orange". The sake rice was brewed with surviving rice that was rescued from a warehouse that was completely destroyed. ✨🤔 The aroma is fresh and sweet, as is typical of the nama nama sake 😘The mouthfeel is gentle and soft, with a clean aftertaste 😚👍It's a delicious sake with a nice sharp taste 🥳. TANIZUMI brewed by a young master brewer is one of the breweries that I hope will do well ✨Please give my best regards to everyone 🙇It's a delicious sake 😘.

It is light on the palate and has a good balance between the soft sweetness of the rice🌾 and the beautiful acidity 😚👍It is still a delicious sake 😘. I am not sure how the torrential rain disaster will affect the sake production, but I hope they will do their best to make sake! Ishikawa 100 check in 🎊

The bottle opened just in time for it to spill 😅When poured into the cup, it is highly carbonated 😊The taste in the mouth is like green apple 🍏, with a good balance of gentle sweetness, refreshing sourness and nigori 😚👍It is a delicious low alcohol 9% summer drink 🥳500ml went down in no time 😭.

(*˘˘*). *🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nagano Business Trip Part ㉞ Hiyayogoshi has started to appear in supermarkets, so I visited Mikotsuru Sake Brewery to buy some Aki-agari ✨😀 😀. The aroma is fruity😊The mouthfeel is smooth and round, with a firm fruity flavor typical of Yamadanishiki and a good balance of gentle sweetness and acidity 😚👍✨. Today for lunch I had tenzaru at Akizuki soba branch 😋 crispy tempura and soba is definitely 🥳 delicious 😍.

The aroma is mild😊and in the mouth, it has a good sense of maturity and the rice 🌾 flavor is delicious 🥰The aftertaste is smooth and disappears without any peculiarities ✨😚👍. A delicious sake brewed well with Gohyakumangoku 🥳✨.
