Fujimiya's sake, Fujimasa, was served to me.
The aroma is subtle 😀 The rice flavor is amazing on the palate 😳 The sweetness and acidity are well balanced afterwards and the sake is refreshing and delicious 🤤.
The fourth one is Shizuoka Oden🍢 from Tenjinya, which I took out from a nearby Aeon. It was delicious with Fujimasa 🥰.
