The aroma is as gorgeous as ever 🌸😊The sweetness and umami that is typical of Shu Yin spreads as you sip it 😚The taste has little bitterness and a nice sharpness from the lingering bitterness that is just right 😘. This is the perfect sake for my tastes 👍This strong sweet and umami is still a delicious sake ✨🥳✨.

The aroma is something gorgeous😊It feels like white wine in the mouth 😚I don't feel much of the flavor, but it has a gentle sweetness and a clean acidity💕Good sharpness👍. I had it with the beaver plum flavor 🥳 both were gone quickly 😭.

The aroma is mild 😁The mouthfeel is smooth even though it is nigori 😊The sweetness and umami of the gentle rice 🌾 is good👍The middle part has a lactic acid taste 😚The aftertaste is refreshing and easy to drink 😘. I think it is the best one-cup nigori that you can drink whenever you want 🥳.

It has a fruity aroma and when you put it in your mouth it pops fresh 😘It also has a refreshing sweetness and at 13 degrees alc it goes down easy 🥰It's a refreshing and delicious sake😇 I read that after the second day when the carbonation has worn off, it is recommended to freeze it and use it as sleet sake, so I will try that tomorrow 🥳.

I received a bottle of sake from Sogen Sake Brewery, which was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake 😀 I drink this sake often and have memories of going to the brewery last year to buy Kiri sake 😥 I hope they will resume sake production soon. The aroma has a slight ginjo aroma 😊. On the palate, it has a rich rice🌾 flavor, a gentle sweetness, a strong richness/taste, and a good cut 😚👍It has a lingering and spicy taste that is perfect 😋. Stable Sogen is a delicious sake no matter what time of day you drink it ✨.
