I went on a sake brewery tour without a ticket to the Kamisuwa Highway Machiaruki drinking event 😀 Next, I bought a special price Jun Dai at Reijin Shuzo's brewery. The aroma is a slightly floral, umami type ginjo aroma 😊The rice 🌾 has a soft umami taste on the palate 😚The mouthfeel is gentle and refreshing 😙👍. It's a delicious sake with lots of umami 🥳👍👍E

I'm back in Ishikawa for a three-day weekend 😀 Only one more week left of my Nagano business trip 🫡I'll do my best 🔥. The first bottle of the holiday weekend was a bottle of Hirotogawa that I bought last time 😋. Please refer to T.KISO's review for more details😊. It's a safe Hirotogawa 😋 and the taste is very sinking 🤤. The 4th one is on the way back 🐸, we had lunch at Zaru Soba Seto in Takayama 😚 I couldn't tell the clear difference between the two different kinds of soba 🤣 but it was delicious 🥳👍.

The aroma is clean 😊The mouthfeel is nice with fruity acidity and a firm rice sweetness 😚👍It feels like a sweet and tasty sake 🥰It's pretty much my favorite 😘. The 4th picture is the Tonkatsu set meal 🐷 I had lunch with a junior colleague the other day at the Matari Shokudo in Kamisuwa 😋The thick Tonkatsu with sauce was an excellent match 🤩This was a delicious guy who ranks high in the Tonkatsu ranking 🥳👍.

The aroma is more subdued and quiet than usual 🤔The mouthful has a nice balance of mild sweetness, acidity and umami 😊It is a delicious sake that you can drink smoothly without getting bored ✨😚👍. The fourth one is ramen🍜 at Mentobi-Rokkata, a jiro-style restaurant in Chino 😍I haven't had jiro in a long time and it was very good 🥰I ordered the vegetable version and I'm too hungry to move 😰.

This time it is a joint brew by "Kagatobi" Fukumitsuya and "Tani Izumi" Tsuruno Sake Brewery😊✨This sake is based on the brewing formula of the previous "Tani Izumi Special Junmai Nama Genzake Orange". The sake rice was brewed with surviving rice that was rescued from a warehouse that was completely destroyed. ✨🤔 The aroma is fresh and sweet, as is typical of the nama nama sake 😘The mouthfeel is gentle and soft, with a clean aftertaste 😚👍It's a delicious sake with a nice sharp taste 🥳. TANIZUMI brewed by a young master brewer is one of the breweries that I hope will do well ✨Please give my best regards to everyone 🙇It's a delicious sake 😘.

(*^^*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nagano business trip ㉛ We had Chikumagari Nishiki Kakko from the supermarket 😀. It was like a well-balanced light and dry sake 😚👍✨ with a moderate sweetness, beautiful umami and acidity, and a slight bitterness at the end😊😚👍✨It was delicious 🥳.

(Holly, **P. 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nagano business trip No. ㉚ This sake was given to me by a junior colleague at work😄. My junior colleague's family is a farmer who grows the Yatancho grass that Tomikunaga has revived 😳I received this precious sake made from sake rice😊✨. The aroma reminds me of mellow umami 😚The mouthfeel is soft and has a chirichiri-ness to it 😄After a lot of umami, it has a nice smooth finish that cuts through quickly😘👍. We enjoyed the precious sake rice Hattanso ✨🥳. The fourth one was to thank Fukuyoshi for the sake and to eat their soba noodles. I was happy with my duck seiro 😇 it was delicious ✨😊.
