I caught a cold last week and had to take a forced rest day 😵I went back to Ishikawa for the weekend and chose the first bottle to return from the fridge 😋I opened a bottle of Wind Forest as I was sick with a cold 😀 I remember I bought it from a liquor store in Yamanashi.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a gaseous sound 🤩I took a sip and found a refreshing Muscat-like mouthfeel with a slight effervescence typical of Kaze no Mori 😍It has a beautiful umami and sweetness that spreads out and a mild acidity, making it a delicious sake with a refreshing and well-balanced taste 😚👍.

With my runny nose and sneezing, I thought I finally had hay fever, but it was a cold 🤣It was a very gentle wind forest after my illness: ☺️
