The aroma is elegant 😊The taste is smooth and silky on the tongue with a hint of gas and sweetness 😘The gentle acidity and bitterness make it easy to drink 🤩The sharpness makes it a delicious sake that will keep you coming back for more 😚👍. The aroma is mild 🤔In the mouth, it has a full flavor and a nice clean sharp taste 😚👍This is a delicious sake with a soft umami of rice and a beautiful sweet taste 😊. The 4th picture is a sakuraebi kakiage donburi and soba noodles that I had at sakuraebi teahouse near the site 😀The crispy sakuraebi kakiage was delicious 🤤.

The aroma is of grain umami 😊In the mouth, you can feel the umami of rice and gentle sweetness after a firm acidity 🤔It finishes with a crisp and refreshing finish. It is a delicious sake of the "umami spicy? It is a delicious sake 😚👍. The 4th one is the Fuji's specialty dipped Neapolitan which I learned from ellie and bouken 🍝For me, this Neapolitan is lighter and easier to eat than the regular Neapolitan and I can feel the delicious dipping sauce and enjoy it very much 😋😋😋😋😋.

Fuji City in Shizuoka Prefecture🗻. ✨😇This time it is going to be a long business trip, about a year 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 to keep motivated. After the meet and greet, I went to a liquor store on my way back to Yamanashi and bought some Shizuoka sake 🍶 because I thought I was the only one who could say Shizuoka sake 🫡. The aroma is mildly bananas and refreshing 😋In the mouth, the good flavor of Yamadanishiki spreads in the mouth and the taste is well-balanced 😍I felt the taste was more than just the specs of a special honjozo 💕. ٩٩밀🍶🍶🍶🍶 Business Trip to Yamanashi Today we had our first Machida Shuzo, which we bought at the Isobe Sake Shop in Kofu City and drank at home😋. I was worried because it had been a while since I opened a bottle of nigori, but I opened and closed the bottle patiently and succeeded without any blowout. ✌️ The mouthfeel is nice and gassy👍🌟The creamy, soft flavor and the clean finish will accelerate your drinking ✋🏃💨It is not sweet but clean and refreshing nigori 🥰. The 4th picture is I tried to eat Fuji curry but I messed up the amount of rice 🍚 and it ended up looking like an island 🏝😭Tasted like a normal curry 🍛😚.

(沒沒沒) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Business Trip to Yamanashi I opened a bottle of Kubota that I bought at Shioyama Shuhan in Shioyama, Koshu City 😀 This is my first Kubota in decades. This is the first one that is not from the Kotobuki series 😋. The aroma is almost non-existent 🤔In the mouth, the Kubota has a beautiful umami and sweetness that is typical of Kubota 👍🌟I prefer it to the Kotobuki series 😍I found the overall balance of the sake to be very good with a nice sharp taste 😍.

(∇｀｀ 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Yamanashi business trip No.1 I bought this sake at Shimizu-ya in Shioyama on the recommendation of the proprietress. It seems to be a very precious sake 😀. I can't really smell the aroma 🤔. When I put it in my mouth, it started off with a slight melon sweetness and a beautiful umami 😊Acid with a good nose and a clean aftertaste 😋It went well with today's dinner of nabe🍲 🥳. I bought the recommended one, but for some reason the proprietress gave me an extra for the sales tax😇.
