The aroma reminds me of a mellow flavor🤔On the palate, it has a light, light, dry taste😊A sense of maturity😚The acidity in the aftertaste is also good, it is a delicious sake that is covered 😘It is a perfect sake for regular use 🥳. The fourth picture is today's lunch at Shinami's soba. I was worried that I would be the only customer 😅 even though it was right in the middle of lunch on a Saturday, but they served me half of both No.2 and No.3 buckwheat noodles, which are not listed on the menu 😍The No.2 buckwheat noodles were white Sarafina-like and had a delicious flavor, while the No.3 buckwheat noodles had a delicious flavor 😇.

I'll be back soon! one-thousandth of a kan (obsolete unit of currency) phrase (i.e. "before the death of ...") (after the stem of an adjective) nominalizing suffix (after a noun, adjective-stem or plain verb) just keeps on ... is top (of a convertible) picture (after a noun, adjective stem, onomatopoeic-mimetic word, etc.) (after the ren'youkei form of an adjective) not ... wide door river . The aroma is mild, but when you drink it, the beautiful rice 🌾amount of flavor and sweetness spreads quickly and the mild acidity follows 😊It is a well-balanced, delicious sake that you can drink smoothly 😋. The fourth picture is my first ramen🍜 after coming to Suwa. It is the Haruhachi Special at Tareya Haruhachi. I ate it with my juniors with a big belly 😘💕.

Nagano business trip No. ㉙ I had a bottle of Shinanotsuru purchased at Tsuruya in Chino city 😀The label without name on the crane 🤔Is it a Tsuruya original? The aroma is mild but slightly apple-like. When you put it in your mouth, the gentle umami flavor spreads slowly 😊and disappears smoothly 😚👍It's a delicious sake that you can drink all the time 🥳. The 4th picture is my last dinner in Ueda, I had a special Chinese soba noodle 🍜+ with dumplings 🥟 at Kinshi near my apartment 😋The superb ramen 🍜 was the perfect ending to my Ueda ✨😌.

(**)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Nagano business trip No. ㉘ Yesterday, I moved into my apartment in Suwa 😀 I got a cup of diamond chrysanthemum which I bought at a local supermarket 😋. The aroma is mild, and in the mouth, it has a round mouthfeel, light flavor and beautiful sweetness😊It seems to be a beautiful sake that is light and easy to drink 😋. The fourth one came to climb the mountain and not climb the mountain. I had dinner at Yamasaya near Suwa-taisha shrine to celebrate moving in with my companion Ishikawa, who did not even help me move in. We had a gorgeous meal that felt like Nagano 😚👍I was so hungry ✨I'm going to work hard in Suwa from today 🫡.

I had a glass of beer🍺 and then a glass of Jikin😋😋, which is fruity as always and still delicious 😚👍It goes well with the ingredients from Nagano and was delicious 😋.

The aroma is mildly fruity 😊The taste on the palate is round, with mild acidity and umami 😘It's a delicious sake that goes down smoothly 😚. I had some time to kill before checking in at my hotel that day, so I went to the outer shrine of Suwa Taisha Shrine 🙋‍♀️ and it brought back memories of my old visits 😌 my mind was purified😇.

The aroma is mild and has a hint of melon? 🤔In the mouth, fruity, elegant acidity, soft sweetness, round umami and mellow feeling😊Mild bitterness does a good job at the end 😘👍It is a good sake to drink slowly and savor 🥳. The 4th picture is a photo 📷 of Pinkoro Jizo-san that I visited when I was exploring Saku 😚The Jizo-san is said to pray for health and longevity😇The approach to the temple, decorated with umbrellas ☂️, was a great spot to see a picture of Karafu 😆.

The taste is mellow and juicy on the palate 😘The beautiful acidity and gentle umami spreads softly 😍This is a delicious sake 🥳. See @Mizuhashi's review for more details ✨ The aroma is a gorgeous fruit aroma of apple 🍎😊The elegant sweetness and flavor of Aizan is good👍🌟It is not too sweet and disappears quickly 😚It is a delicious sake that does not require cooking and can be enjoyed on its own 🫡. The fourth picture is my lunch before getting on the highway during my trip back home. I had 3 kinds of soba and vegetable tempura at Ryorajkuan 😋Soba is the best 😍👍

The aroma is sweet with a hint of melon 🍈😊The palate has a beautiful rice flavor and a firm richness 😋It finishes nicely with a gentle acidity 😍. The fourth one was at Kusabue, which I had a second chance to visit before returning home 😚✌️ I wrote my name and was seated in about 10 minutes😇I ordered vegetable tempura zaru + walnut sauce + han-ten ✋The amount of soba was more than I expected and I was in a hurry, but I finished it deliciously 😋✌️

For more details, see Tsubu-chan's review😇 I stopped by Okazaki Sake Brewery on 8/10 before returning home 🫡Yumemizuho was still available 🙆‍♀️ It was a bit dry on the palate. It has both sweetness and umami, and tastes refreshingly delicious on the palate: ♥️ I guess Okazaki Brewery's sake is good👍🌟🥳.

It has a mellow flavor and is easy to drink, not too spicy and not too sweet 🥳. The fourth one is a failed attempt of Kusabue (草笛) revenge again 💦The parking lot was full right after the restaurant opened 😰. This buckwheat noodle shop was also busy, and the buckwheat noodles finally arrived an hour after we ordered. It was good because it was delicious, but we could have waited an hour at Kusabue 🦆😇💦I want to revisit again 🔥🫡.

The aroma reminds me of a mellow flavor 😋, and in the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and sourness 😊The aftertaste is pleasantly astringent, and the flavor quickly fades away 😚👍. I finished the Chikuma-Nishiki yesterday, and a cup of sake is very useful when you don't have enough to drink 🥳.
