The aroma is a gentle ginjo aroma 😊The flavor in the mouth is robust😇I can also taste a hint of sweetness ✨The finish is clean and crisp 😚👍. It's a delicious sake with excellent cost performance and easy drinking. The fourth picture shows today's fireworks display in Ueda. We watched the fireworks from the Leo Palace where we are staying.

It is not sold at the brewery😇This is a delicious sake 🥳.

We received a bottle of Shirakiku from Shirafuji Sake Brewery in Okunoto, which was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake 😀 It is the very sake of Shirafuji Sake Brewery before the earthquake. The aroma is a gentle and clean ginjo aroma 😊The gentle rice flavor spreads in your mouth when you drink it 😚The balance with the beautiful sweetness is good 🥳👍It was still a delicious Okunoto Shirakiku 😍. The 4th picture is a gorgeous sashimi to go with the white chrysanthemum and Sugiyo from Ishikawa prefecture which was also damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake😇In Nagano prefecture, vitamin chikuwa seems to be so famous that it has become a soul food ✨Drink, eat, and cheer 📣✊ but I can do nothing but support Maecin, please continue to support us 🙏🙇.

We opened a bottle of Sakurada Sake Brewery's Daikei, which was totally destroyed by the Noto Peninsula earthquake 😀 It has been about a year since it was made and half a year since the earthquake 🤔It is 100% pure and original sake before the earthquake 😊. The aroma is mild yet fruity🤔The mouthfeel is round, sweet like melon🍈 and rich in flavor🥰It's been about a year since I had it, but it's still my favorite delicious sake😋💕. I can only support them by drinking it, but I hope they will do their best to rebuild their brewery😇.

The aroma is mild 🤔. The taste on the palate is refreshing and crisp, typical of summer sake 😋 Overall, it is light, but with the refreshing feeling of daiginjo and the elegant flavor and good hybrid of junmai daiginjo, it is a delicious sake that you can drink in gulps 😚👍The back label is cute too 😘. The fourth picture is a soba noodle restaurant where we had soba noodles and carp sashimi 😋✨The carp sashimi looked great and was delicious with a texture like soft sea bream 🥳.

GW's Tohoku Tour Purchases ⑰ I think I bought this at Ishidoriya Roadside Station 😀. The aroma is slightly sweet 🤔It seems to be light and dry, but it has a light umami taste and a refreshing aftertaste with a nice sharpness😇. I don't think you can detect much aroma 🤔I can feel the soft sweetness and the original flavor of rice in my mouth, and the pleasant acidity comes in quickly 😚👍The aftertaste is smooth but it cuts through quickly at the end 😋It's a delicious sake as you all know 🥰. Now I'm going to visit the distributors 👀💕 and see what they have 🥳.

The face is gentle 😊 on the palate, fresh & fruity with a beautiful mid-palate acidity 😋 I found it to be a full-bodied, umami and crisp sake 🥳. The fourth one was a Gyoza🥟 Ramen🍜 at a local ramen restaurant in my neighborhood 😍Tantan medium hot half ramen and gyoza😇I felt it could be very hot🔥 even hot🥰.

The aroma is mild since it was chilled in the fridge 😊The drink is finished with a firm acidity, a gentle rice flavor and a slight sweetness 😚and a clean aftertaste 😋It was a delicious sake that would go well with food 🥳. Only a cup of sake left for the Tohoku tour 🫡I'll have it for when I don't have enough to drink 😋✨. The 4th picture is a tenzaru at a soba restaurant for lunch 🥳It was very delicious, but there were many people waiting in line at all the soba restaurants on weekends 😵I guess you can get in without waiting until weekdays and Saturdays 😇.

Maecin has been posted to Ueda City in Nagano Prefecture since July 4 for July and August 😊✨September and October she will be posted to Suwa again 😊✨Today, her health checkup is over, so she wants to enjoy the food and drink of Ueda City 😇🤩✨. The fourth one was a delicious 🦆duck soy sauce ramen🍜 that soaked into every part of my body 😁 after my physical checkup 👍.
