もりんちょI won "Kinjaku" in the Yamaguchi Sake Brewers Association's campaign last year! I haven't posted about it yet, so I'll give it away! I was very happy to win because I never had a chance to drink it even though I lived in Yamaguchi Prefecture 😂.

もりんちょWhen I was living in Yamaguchi, I was introduced to "Tenbi" at a sake bar in Ube, saying, "This is a new sake from a new brewery in Yamaguchi! I was introduced to this "Tenbi" at a sake bar in Ube when I was living in Yamaguchi. It is now a popular brand.

もりんちょI have loved "Ame-go-no-tsuki" since I lived in Hiroshima. I had never seen the label written in hiragana, so I ordered it.
It's still delicious!

もりんちょI happened to be walking around Shinsaibashi when I came across an amazing sake store with a great lineup.
I had never tried "Saku" before, although I knew it was famous. I could see why it was so popular!

もりんちょStarted drinking sake in 2023. I bought a bottle of Niigata Prefecture's "Sake Sake Forest" near my house. As expected of a Junmai Daiginjo, it has sweetness and a little bit of sapidity. It is a fruity sake, and I think it is good to drink before going to bed.
