I had my first sakidomari with my senpai at work at a trendy standing bar in the neighborhood! The sake selection is rich in seasonal sake, which I'm sure I'll be frequenting! This was my first check-in with Koei Kiku (☑️) and it was delicious with sourness and sweetness 😉.

I bought it at a nearby store because I enjoyed it so much the last time I drank it at Yamanaka Sake. The label says, "The refined sweetness is sometimes like Wasanbon," but it is more like the sweetness of the rice flavor. I have only been to Wakura Onsen in Noto Peninsula, so I would like to visit the brewery in Wajima when it is restored...!

I went to the store on the day of arrival but couldn't buy the snowman ⛄️ I ordered it because it was in the lineup! It tastes like yogurt or lactobacillus drink, and it was like the adult Calpis that is often commented on! Not too sweet and the label is cute and nice👍

I found a display of Okunoto and bought it without thinking. It looks like a brewery in Wajima. I chose this brand in support of Ishikawa, but it is really delicious! I think it is the best brand I have had today. It was fruity and very easy to drink! It is light anyway! I know it's a tough time for you, but I'm supporting you even if it's only a little!

Happy New Year 🐉! Our first sake of the new year was Morishima! It was light, fresh and delicious! Since the beginning of the year, there have been earthquakes, accidents, and other hard news. Aftershocks continue, but I hope everyone in Hokuriku can spend their time with a little peace of mind.

Sawaya Matsumoto" is one of my favorite brands in Kansai. I often go to Kyoto, but this was my first time to buy it. I heard there is only one place around Kyoto station that sells it 😂. Fushimi is closer but I wonder if you can buy it directly from the brewery 🤔. It is delicious, with a good balance of sourness and sweetness!

Halloween is over, but I recently purchased this one to review! First of all, the label is adorable! I've loved Nisato since I tasted it, but I didn't know they had a product like this 😌. It's a blend of three different types of sake rice! It's fruity, yet crisp and delicious 👌

Kido is a sake that I have had but never recorded in Sake-no-Wan. The price range and ease of drinking make it perfect for everyday sake! I enjoyed it with hot pot 😌.

I bought a cup of sake from the Shinzo brewery, which is only available along the Keihan railway line, at the Mori Yori Market! It's a cup of sake, but it's pretty good 👍It's a Junmai Daiginjo! I was just watching NHK's "Seiji Rokkaku's Drinking Iron Main Line - Japan Trip" and thinking that I want to drink iron for the first time in a long time 😂.
