I was deeply moved when I heard that the brewery is run by the same age 🤔.
Sake made in collaboration with Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. The alcohol content is an astonishing 30%!
It was very tasty with a concentrated flavor👍.
Sake brewed at Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. I haven't checked in but I think this is the second time I've done so.
It has a sharp taste and is easy to pair with food👍.

I'm a sucker for limited edition brands that have the name of a place or something on it 👀.
It's easy to drink on the palate, but has a strong sake aftertaste.
I'd like to try many different kinds of Saku 😂.

It is a sake that won a gold medal at the Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Awards🍶.
It was fruity but refreshing 😋.
Hearing that there is a restaurant in Kayashima with a lot of Sakusaku, I paid a visit. I was surprised to see that there was also RIDE when I was excited to see Gohashi Z again for the first time in Yamaguchi! I bought it immediately without thinking!

This was my first check-in with Koei Kiku (☑️) and it was delicious with sourness and sweetness 😉.
I bought it at a nearby store because I enjoyed it so much the last time I drank it at Yamanaka Sake.
The label says, "The refined sweetness is sometimes like Wasanbon," but it is more like the sweetness of the rice flavor.

I bought this bottle yesterday when I went to Kyoto on an errand. I was torn between Kameizumi cel24 and Koshi, but this was the first time I saw Koshi on sale, so I bought it.
It has a fruity apple-like aroma and a fresh taste 😋.
I went to the store on the day of arrival but couldn't buy the snowman ⛄️
I ordered it because it was in the lineup! It tastes like yogurt or lactobacillus drink, and it was like the adult Calpis that is often commented on! Not too sweet and the label is cute and nice👍
