It has a unique aroma of koji. Like blue cheese? If you drink it little by little, it becomes a habit. YukkieSake made from sake rice "Celebration" polished to 35% rice polishing ratio. It is very clear but still retains the sweetness and umami of the rice. ちばさんI ordered it because I was curious about the slightly scary snake label, but I guess it's a toy.
The taste is beautiful, firm and delicious.

I also love the Bodai Hashiroshi series in wooden vats. I thought it was more attractive when it was served with a little bit of a tangy dewy leaf style.
