At first, it was as sweet as syrup and I was not sure if I could drink it 😛.

I opened the bottle yesterday and today to cool down in the heat approaching 40℃. It has been left for more than half a year, so the lees is hard to mix 😅.
The sweetness is moderate in the hot weather 😘.

The acidity of Yamahai is so refreshing!
When I opened the bottle, it made a nice sound 🎉.
But it didn't come with a "sizzle" 😅.
The slightly peculiar flavor and acidity are nice, and the low alcohol content of 13 degrees makes it easy to drink 😋.
I had an image of Yamahagase as a connoisseur's favorite, but I'm glad I bought it because of its colorful and flashy lapel 😘.

I bought it again this year, limited edition sake from Kuheiji 😉.
Purchased on May 26 💸.
I was told it would be ready to drink from June 2 to June 11, but I opened the bottle flying on May 29😅.
Opened the bottle with a nice sound 🎉!
The fruity aroma was hard and acidic. There are still a few days to go before it's ready to drink, so let's wait for it to ripen like the label says!
June 3: The bottle opened with a nice sound as usual.
Almost ready to drink. The hardness has been removed and the wine seems to be mellowing.
June 5: The acidity and bitterness are still strong. However, compared to the first sip, it has a more robust mouthfeel.
I wonder if I can keep it for a few more days 😁.

The shopkeeper told me that it had a strong peculiar taste, so I should taste it before buying! The store staff told me to taste it before buying it because it has a strong taste.

This is the best shuwa shuwa sake I've ever had 😋.
Opening the bottle was no problem, but as soon as I opened it, bubbles started popping from the bottom 😮.
In no time at all, it turned cloudy! It got mixed up.
It was mildly bitter and much less sweet than I expected.
It's a spring sake, but I might want to drink it on a hot summer day 🌻 with a gulp 😉.

I went to Nara on the 3rd for a day trip.
I went to a sake brewery in Naramachi for a 500 yen sake tasting, but there was a line 😆.
I gave up on sake tasting and went inside the store.
The sake was the highest gold medal winner of the "Best Sake in a Wine Glass Award", so we had it in a wine glass 🍷.
Freshly poured, it smells quite chemical.
I thought the aroma was too strong to drink from a wine glass, but only at first.
It's quite sweet, but it's not fruity or anything like sake 🙄.
It's 300ml so I think I'll finish it 😁.
I have to work tomorrow though 😆.
